It was like a lot of remakes, pretty good, but only about 80% of the original. It is worth seeing because of some new twists.

The original of this film was good. This tried to play off on the original but lost a lot in the plot. It was confusing.

Del Torro's appreciation for practical effects is obviously absent in this installment. Lot's of CGI, but well done CGI.

The first Pacific Rim was better... This movie had the annoying actor from Bunk'd which made it hard to take serious.

As visual, it was better than the first movie. More scenes with different jaegers. I wish it had better story line
