Unfortunately not as good as the original directed by Guillermo del toro, both in terms of story and jaeger fights, but still nice to revisit the world of Pacific rim. Good 4k and 3D. Worth checking out if you're a fan of the first.

It's an ok movie with excellent special effects and livlely audio - a decent movie to show off one's home theater setup. And all three versions of the movie - 4k, 3d, br - are in the package. I wish all movies were bundled that way.

Let's face it... you are not looking for the biggest plot story when looking at this. You are looking to be wowed and entertained for two hours. It does not let you down. Plenty of action throughout.

No where as good 3D as the first Pacific Rim but it’s decent. Great audio though. I watch movies like these for the technical presentation rather than the movie itself which I give a 3 out of 5.

This disc is demo quality video for those who have Dolby Vision.....the Dolby Atmos track was just a little too heavy in the subwoofer department for my taste....and the voices while in the Yagers....can sound a little tinny....

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. I love the original and had my doubts about Uprising but it was definitely worth watching. Great 4K video and audio quality. Crystal clear picture and Dolby Atmos effects were there.

This movie is the sequel to the original Pacific Rim movie. It carries on where the first left off. It has a few returning characters as well as new ones. This movie is fast, fun and has some comedy to it. The special effects are great. If you like movies like Godzilla you might like this one too.

It's an ok Movie,you get the big fight scenes and all but,a little cheese and Cliche sprinkled about in it.They do set it up for a Sequel and if it did good enough Box Office we will see a PR3.Looks Great On 4K of course.

Pacific Rim 2 is a great follow up to the original film. Tho it lacks the star power if the first film it is non stop action with a surprise twist I didn't see coming. Giant robots vs. giant monsters! What more could you want?

The action and special effects are the big draw here, and the acting is decent. The drawback to this movie is it was written with dialogue that's right out of an anime movie. If you can live with that, you'll enjoy this movie.

If you're expecting the next Marvel Universe cinematic story quality before watching this, don't watch this movie. BUT, if you're looking for a kick back and chill movie with giant robots fighting giant monsters, cool visuals, and awesome actions scenes, you've found the right movie, period, end of review, etc. OH and have I recommended this to a friend? Yeah, I have, and we watched it together.

I loved the first Pacific Rim movie and was getting this one no matter what, unfortunately I am still a bigger fan of the first movie but this is still worth having in your collection and I will definitely watch it again!

The 1st offense this film did is make it in aspect ratio 2.4:1. The 2nd is that it is too similar to Power Rangers. The slow bruteness and impact have sped up, and can't exactly care all that much for these new characters.

Pacific rim uprising is little bit better then the first one. I love the action and the acting in this one I was non-stop action Sci-fi . It look great on 4K I’m happy to have it in my collection

While the movie, in my opinion, didn't live up to the first one (the only thing keeping it from a 5 star), I am thankful to Best Buy for giving us an exclusive that combines 3D and 4K into one package. Keep them coming!

It's hard to follow up an epic film like Pacific Rim. This feels like it should be a "direct to video" sequel. Go into this with tempered expectations and the disappointment may not be as bad as mine was.

Definitely not as good as the first movie -- the cast is noticeably weaker, but then again, the first movie wasn't even that spectacular either. But it's got explosions, giant robots, fights, etc, etc. It's just fun!

Product comes with the digital key which is all we wanted. Good movie not better than the original. More "teen" character focused. Liked the original better.

Although I loved the original Pacific Rim, I did not have very high hopes for the sequel. While not quite as good as its predecessor, PR2 is definitely entertaining and worth checking out for fans of the first.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen 3D done so well and Pacific Rim: Uprising delivers big time! I use a Samsung 4K blu ray player that supports 3D and up converts the standard blu ray disc. So, the result is fantastic. Overall, 3D fans don’t miss out on adding this one to your collection! PS. The 4K UHD version is stunning as all, but I always watch the 3D version whenever possible.
