If you’re a fan of the original then you’ll love the sequel. I purchased this 4K Blu-ray to challenge the limits of my new 4K Sony projector and surround sound system. If spectacular images, CGI and endless battles is your thing, this one won’t disappoint. It is a virtual smorgasbord of every bot fighting example one can imagine. Of course, this genre wasn’t released to win an Academy Award. However, if action-packed fight scenes and endless CGI mechanized warriors is your thing, then this one won’t disappoint.

Don't listen to all the haters out there and the critics... they only like sappy crap movies from the film festivals that win oscars for killing the heroes at the end... this movie is a great action flick that backs up the original Pacific Rim well. It won't win oscars, but it'll entertain you tonight during movie night.

This movie shows amazing on my OLED TV. I love that fact that it comes with a 4K/3D package. Movies should come in this combo, they rarely do but when they do I prefer them.

You have to know what your getting this continues the story from the first one. If you like fighting robots and monsters this is for you.

While not as good as the original and lacks the atmosphere that del Toro adds to all his films, it's still a fun summer action film still better then the transformers films.

Pacific Rim Uprising is the sequel to Pacific Rim, it's a good sequel, worth a watch if you liked the first one. Picture looks great on Blu-Ray, price is a bit high though.

The movie is not quite the spectacular as the first, but the story leaves you questioning every moment of the way through the mystery. The action doesn’t disappoint though.

Love the stars and the action. The storyline has a little to be desired, but overall I was not dissatisfied with movie. It does follow the storyline of the original movie.

Not as good as the first, but still a good movie. The movie is very detailed and colorful and looks great in any of the offered formats. There’s also a digital copy code.

Characters and storyline really come together in this exciting sequel to the first Pacific Rim. 4k with HDR and Dolby Atmos makes for terrific home theater experience.

Thos is the 2nd installment of a great monster movie .it brings me back to the older godzilla days of monsters fighting monsters except we are the other monsters.get it .

This sequel came from the demands of the Japanese for More Giant Monster Movies.. Godzilla would be proud.. Some plot details were whack, but a fun ride non the less..

Great story arc with plenty of action. The CGI is top notch and the 3D version is another reason for making this purchase. The Extras are another great add to this set.

Enjoyed this movie. Visuals look good in 4K. Not bad of a storyline but still preferred the first movie.

Most sequels are somewhat better. Didnt live up to it for me. But is worth having in 4k and 3D. Put the the disc in my Target steelnook release for my collectors set.

This was a good movie. You definitely need to see the first one to understand the second movie. I feel that while this was a good movie the first one was a bit better.

Maybe not for everyone. But if you are an anime fan into giant robots and Kaiju, or a fan of those older Godzilla movies you should have a lot of fun with this movie.

A good tech movie ,takes place several years after the first , they come back and after epic battle we survive with the promise that next time we will go after them

Pacific Rim Uprising isn't quite as good as the original but still enjoyable, and this set is particularly nice including both BluRay 3d and 4k movies in the package.
