If you enjoyed the original you will most likely be OK with this movie as well. Lots of action and strong sound track are at its core if you are looking for a interesting story line and or plot you will be disappointed. For the sale price paid I would buy again and recommend the purchase to a friend with this qualifier.

Not nearly as good as the first. The video and audio are excellent with great HDR.

My favorite Guillermo del Toro movie this scifi action movie is amazing i seen it 3 times the Atmos sound and picture quality is beyond colors

This sequel was just ok. Nothing too special or memorable. Parts of it were clunky and the story seemed a bit disconnected. The first movie was better all the way around. It may be worth it to see how they continued the story line but it’s not a major miss if you skip it.

Good follow up to the first one. Was missing a few characters but overall good movie.

Excellent special effects and audio! My system is set up with Atmos and this is the best movie to hear the benefits. Great acting and very exciting.

If you liked the first Pacific Rim, you'll love this movie. It's a fun, action packed film that's a good mental get-away. The Jaegers and Kaiju battles are epic. Definitely an exciting ride.

Sequels are always better than original. More action and more special effects love it

Now this Movie I saw in Theaters in 3-D IMAX which was a great Movie to watch so I own a 75” Sony 4K 3-D TV which I need to get all of the Movies that are/were made in 3-D I recommend having it!

and now happy to own the dvd. I've been traveling so haven't been able to re-watch it yet; but now that I'm back in Milwaukee (and mailed it to me here) i'll be watching as soon as it arrives.

This movie was surprisingly good. I watched it not expecting much but was extremely surprised by what a good fun film it was. Great cast and a solid story. I hope to see a sequel to this soon.
