Totally Satisfied Customer for Buying this product

Air Fryer works great does take a little longer but you can do huge amounts. Convection oven bakes just like the convection oven on my range. Have not used flash broiler yet. The inverter that is in the microwave function is great. Unlike most microwaves this gives you reduced power for full cooking time thus no hot spots. I will never use another microwave without the Inverter system. All the other function are add-ons that make this microwave the best I have ever used.

Black Friday Northgate pickup

Mixed reviews on purchasing experience. One male employee was rude and upfront lied about delivery time. Fortunately there was an outstanding employee named Virginia at the Northgate location who went out of her way to get my purchase in a timely manner. Since it was Black Friday things were hectic but Virginia kept a cool head and was very personable and competent.

Although, I do have to adjust the convection oven setting to 25 degrees lower when baking to prevent scorching or burning. I’m loving the cooling feature as well. I highly recommend this product.
