VERY Frustrated

I purchased an extended warrantly and I have waited forever with no results to get someone at best buy to answer how I am suppose to turn this into them for warranty services. Customer service on this item has been non existant. The microwave/airfryer system totally shuts off. You have to constantly turn it back on to make it work. The airfryer takes over 20 minutes just to heat up a chicken leg that is already cooked. I ordered an open box that was suppose to be in excellent shape. This microwave 4 in 1 was sent to me defective. Very displease with customer service/time frame to return as I live over an hour away from the actual store....I have no idea how to get warranty services as no one answers the phone! VERY FRUSTRATED. This 4in1 microwave had great reviews...but buyer beware...if you have a unit that has trouble you are stuck with a very high priced appliance that does not work...Stick with a stand alone airfryer and a normal microwave and save yourself the headache of a very expensive unit.

It works and its ok

It's only 1000 W and they have been used to our old one that was 1200 W so this one takes a lot longer to heat things and leaves cold spots. Haven't tried the other options yet.

Slow Microwave

It takes more than twice as long to heat food than the 20 year old Sharp microwave we had. I used the air fryer a few times and didn’t like it much either. Went back to my stand alone air fryer. The control panel is also confusing. It is designed with a few buttons and they have multiple functions. You have to remember each one.

Rescued my kitchen
