Slow Microwave

It takes more than twice as long to heat food than the 20 year old Sharp microwave we had. I used the air fryer a few times and didn’t like it much either. Went back to my stand alone air fryer. The control panel is also confusing. It is designed with a few buttons and they have multiple functions. You have to remember each one.

The Smartest Oven I Know

TERRIBLE SHIPING SERVICES

Unfortunately I had to return two damaged ones before getting this one. The boxes for the previous two were so incredibly damaged that I took photos to show Best Buy. The first microwave had problems with the inside light - very dim. Also, the main dial was bent and made loud squeaking noises. On the second delivery, the box was so completely destroyed, I didn't even open it, I returned it to Best Buy, and asked for the third one be delivered to my local store for pickup. Luckily, that box wasn't damaged, and the microwave was in fine condition. Best Buy needs to seriously improve their home delivery service.

Poor Functions

The air fryer burns most items due to being so close to the heat source. The insides are usually cold when this happens. Microwave works fine, but for the price I’d rather have two separate devices. Contacting manufacturer to return this - it’s not a good product.
