Slow Microwave

It takes more than twice as long to heat food than the 20 year old Sharp microwave we had. I used the air fryer a few times and didn’t like it much either. Went back to my stand alone air fryer. The control panel is also confusing. It is designed with a few buttons and they have multiple functions. You have to remember each one.

The door won't open after 2.5 months

Heats wonderfully if you plan to use it for 3 months. There's food inside and it just won't open. Its a good thing, the food isn't perishable. Figuring out what to do with this big pile of trash, and that's when I write this review. Will update if it resolves quickly. The pervious 90$ kenmore microwave lasted 9 years before it gave up. This expensive thing a crazy 2.5 months before it crapped!

Poor Functions

The air fryer burns most items due to being so close to the heat source. The insides are usually cold when this happens. Microwave works fine, but for the price I’d rather have two separate devices. Contacting manufacturer to return this - it’s not a good product.
