Comprehensive microwave and convection cooking

I'm still learning the features in depth, but so far, everything has been as expected. As a plain microwave, it works very well, food is heated quickly and evenly. I've only begun to scratch the surface of the extra cooking modes (air frying, convection baking, combinations of the above with microwave), but so far all works as expected, and provides a nice variety of cooking options.

User interface is clunky- not intuitive - requires reading through a paper manual. Delivery was poor. I have a large covered front porch. The package was left exposed to the weather on the steps leading to the porch - exposed to the weather and very vulnerable to theft.

Failed after 3 yrs 5 months

The Megatron, I suspect, was failing. It is now in the trash, so be mindful, you spend all this money and it doesn't last. I am one of many, and Panasonic has not recalled this item, in fact, most had failures far sooner than myself.

Difficulty getting inside clean.

Posted .Hi! We are happy to hear that you are enjoying the microwave. For an easy clean, you can remove the glass tray and the roller ring, and wipe the inside with mild detergent and a cloth. We also recommend cleaning it as much as possible, after every use, as grease can accumulate very fast. -A
