Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On Thanksgiving Day, in front of a large crowd, this microwave started smoking badly. The Megatron, I suspect, was failing. It is now in the trash, so be mindful, you spend all this money and it doesn't last. I am one of many, and Panasonic has not recalled this item, in fact, most had failures far sooner than myself.

Bad product with no support

The tray was broken, since the warranty time is not passed, I called Panasonic, they have the worst support and didn't answer my request for almost 3 months now. Don't buy this microwave, it is a bad product with no support from Panasonic
