Fatal error message after only 2 weeks. So disappointed that Panasonic is not the reliable brand it was 20 yrs ago. Best buy was great about the return!

Only had this microwave in my home for an hour. Heated up a cup of water to test it, which it did fine with. The problem was when I started to read the instruction booklet and found that there were multiple buttons that had to be pressed to use it for some of the functions. And in some cases a button would need to be pushed multiple times to use it. Also, did not have baked potato button. I think the only "auto" button it had was for popcorn. Took it back the same day and exchanged it for a GE.

Got this microwave based on the reviews and the sales person helping me, when I got it home it was extremely loud so I returned it. They said that all microwaves sounded like that but not true. Returned it for another brand and its much quieter.

I am happy with my new Panasonic microwave oven as compared with my older oven. The door is so easy to open and close as compared to my previous oven. Just the right size and wattage for my purpose.

the microwave worked ok, but the wattage wasn't as strong as I was used to. took longer to cook, and sometimes just didn't cook well or overcooked. If your used to an 1000 watt it works well...

the only thing that works on this machine is the timer. it is loud, hard to clean. bad display hard to read display

The microwave is strong enough to meet our needs! The only problem is on the cooking panel, it seems the area is "blistering' & might start to peal? We don't know if this is normal.

I use the microwave mostly for reheating or basic cooking. The trouble I had is it burns the microwave popcorn when I use the popcorn setting

Nice Microwave, easy to clean and powerful. I don't like the defrost feature since it will cook the outside part while defrosting the meat.

The microwave serves it's purpose. It has a digital clock that is easy to use. The buttons are large enough to press/ see. Food is at the appropriate temperature. No complaints here.

I like the unit overall but the sensor cook/ reheat feature is a little weak and does not reheat foods as well as I would have liked. Otherwise it is a good value and performs well.

this purchase was a price match from amazon.replaced a Panasonic with same. power said 1200,old was 1250. new microwave doesn't preform near as well considering only 50 watt deference.

I have no reason to either recommend or not recommend this product. There is nothing outstanding about it and there are no flaws. It is an average microwave.

The product is ok for the price if it continues to work. Best Buy was great at exchanging.

I've had this microwave for over a month now. The reason I bought this Panasonic microwave was because of it's INVERTER technology for defrosting meat. I weighed the 1-1/4 lb. of hamburger, keyed in the weight and only 3/4 of the meat got defrosted. So I took the butcher wrap off the meat and defrosted only the 1/4 of the frozen hamburger that didn't get thawed. The GE microwave which only lasted me 5 years did just as well as this Panasonic and it didn't have this so called inverter technology. Then I defrosted some frozen chicken breasts. Weighed them and keyed in the correct weight to defrost. Well, they started cooking on the edges of the chicken breasts before the time was up, so I stopped the defrost. Again, this microwave didn't defrost any better than my 5 year old GE! I'm not bragging up GE, but this Panasonic is suppose to have this so called INVERTER TECHNOLOGY FOR DEFROSTING!!!!! Don't believe everything they try to feed ya... as I found out! Also, plug your ears when this microwave is on, because it is really noisy!!! A lot louder than my old microwave. I'm sure the fan is larger, but it makes a lot of noise. Also, when the door is opened, the inside light DOESN'T come on! The light inside only works when the microwave is operating. When it stops and you open the door, there's no light! Bad and cheap move Panasonic!!! I like Panasonic products, as I have a Lumix camera (upscale camera made by Panasonic) and a Panasonic Plasma TV, which are wonderful. If you want a microwave that doesn't defrost any better than the rest and you don't mind noise while this thing runs, then buy it!

I have been please so far but the only thing I wish is when I open the door the light should come on not only cooking process.

It works, but it's annoying that the inside light is only on while it's cooking.

Microwave was sufficient for heating up and the popcorn feature worked well. The microwave quit after 15 months and Panasonic will only cover it for 12. I do not recommend buying unless you want to keep buying new ones each year. I contacted Panasonic when it stopped working and they said to take it to an appliance repair shop and pay to get it fixed. Will never buy a Panasonic product again.

Worked pretty good, but I'm pretty disappointed that this microwave only lasted 6 years.
