Microwave works well but has started resting on the other side at the bottom

I do not like the fact that it does not have a light!

Good microwave but could have some more buttons for easy use. inside space is not enough

Heated food unevenly. Very loud. My last microwave was 1200 watts and heated food a lot quicker. Inverter technology is not everything that it it was described to be. I would not buy another Panasonic microwave.

Not fancy but gets the job done. We bought this as an opened box item.

I purchased this microwave to go with my mini fridge/freezer combo I bought from Best Buy. I bought the fridge/freezer and microwave to have in my bedroom. I was having foot surgery and needed both appliances close by. I bought my fridge online. However, I did not see a model I liked at the time. A few days later, I went into my local Best Buy. I wanted a high-wattage microwave to achieve the best cooking quality. I saw this stainless steel Panasonic microwave. I saw it was 1200 Watt so had to get it. Plus, I find Panasonic a very good brand. My Panasonic HDTV has lasted me years with no problems. After inspecting it inside and out I decided to purchase it. I asked the sales associate about the 20% off promo for Summer 14'. The manager advised he could not do it in store, it was online ONLY. However, he decided to give me the discount in store this one time. I got the fridge for a $100 bill. Not bad. I unpacked the microwave when I got home. It had a bit of weight to it. However, not a bad thing. I put the microwave on top of my mini fridge/freezer. I went to plug it in and had difficulty getting it to the plug. The cord is very short on this microwave. It desperately needs a longer cord. The finish was true stainless steel. It matched my fridge very well. The microwave has effortless buttons, easy to touch. It was a push button door. No handle. Also, it has a easy to read clock. The microwave has so many functions it's mind blowing. My favorite feature is the +1/min button. It adds one minute to the cook time. Nice Feature. The microwave has 1200 roaring watts. I have cooked pizza, bagel bits, corn dogs, and frozen dinners. The microwave performs very well. Everything comes out piping hot. Time wise, shorten your time 1-2 mins. This microwave is very powerful. I warmed up a slice of pizza on 15 seconds. The slice came out fully hot with the cheese bubbling. However, it can be somewhat loud when in operation. I noticed this issue went away as I used it more frequently. I am very happy with the fit, finish, quality, and power of the unit. It has blown away my expectations and shown me again Panasonic is a wonderful brand. Very Reliable. I expect this microwave to last me for years.

Had this oven for two years, didn't use it for six months, been using it regularly, a fire started inside the oven. Don't know how or why. A small reflector over the port caught fire and charred the side of the oven. There wasn't any grease or oil inside so I can't figure how it started.

I thought that Panasonic would be a good brand, but it is very very noisy!

Research many microwaves before choosing this one. Thought Panasonic name would insure quality. It does not. Microwave is loud and rattles when running. When cooking a potato, 7 buttons must be pushed.

When it worked. Unfortunately, it didn't do that for very long. Little over a year and we were back in the market for a functional microwave and looking for a way to dispose of the worthless husk of this machine.

I have had this microwave for a while and I love it. It's easy to clean, it has many options to choose from as far as how you can heat your food. I love the look of the stainless steel. My only gripe is that the light doesn't come on when you open it up. I don't know if it's something I have to turn on through an option or not. Other than that, it's great and highly recommend it.

The microwave is making popcorn sounds and at first I thought it was the glass tray that was loose but it is not. I really like it just need to trade it for a quiet one.

I am very disappointed. This microwave does not have all of the features that I expected. There are hot spots. Need to position items to the side so it cooks more evenly.

Use the 'sensor-cook' feature quite often....just push the button and touch 'start' it beeps when its done-Thats it! ...works beautifully.you dont have to guess how long or power level it does it automatically.(you can go the old fashioned way if you wish--but why?) 3-popcorn settings and quick-minute are quite useful too.VERY powerful and faster than most too.--one 'con' we have is that its a bit noisier than our older unit--but the pro's definitely outweigh that minor issue..ENJOY!!

Extremely light usage (3 or 4 times a week), and it needed repair after 6 months. Something in the electronics failed. Was a pain finding a repair center to fix it. My only other choice was to send it in and they will send you out another unit (repaired) as a replacement. Didn't want somebody else's problems. plus my unit looked like new with no scratches on it.

Best looking m/w out there. Smooooth door operation. Opening the door is the softest around probably (and closing). M/W operation is pretty straightforward. I haven't looked at the manual yet. When started, the motor spins from a medium to a bit higher RPM which is kind of cool. The case is a light gray/silver and is not black like it appears on the website. I returned an LG 1.1 and Sharp 1.1 because the display was unreadable. This one's not backlit but is fine. Would prefer a light when opening the door but no big deal to me. This m/w is not loud like other reviewers have indicated (they all produce sound#. Thoroughly pleased with this unit even though I've had it for 1 hour. Time will tell. There is some play where the glass tray sits on the gizmo that turns it. Guess it was designed that way for a reason #?).

Stuff still cold in middle and food doesn't heat too well....For inverter technology,this micro does not get it done!!!!!

Not happy with this purchase. Seemed temperamental at first - sometimes needed to open the door after inputting the time and before pressing start. Thought I had done something wrong. Quit working altogether right after best buy's return timeframe expired...

I purchased this microwave at 11:30 am, took it home and heated a frozen meal in it at 12, that's how easy it is to use. My sales man recommended it, he sold me a washing machine not too long ago, and he knows what he is selling. I agree that it is weird that the interior light does not come on when I open the door, but I have electricity in my kitchen, so it is not a big deal for me. I like the 1200 Watts, I had 900 before, it takes less space than my old Emerson, and I like the much bigger turn table. I do not cook in my microwave, I just heat frozen meals or heat soups or reheat leftovers. For me it is doing what it is supposed to do. In addition to that I get 4x reward points today, which keeps me in the Silver Premier Rewards Program. I rated everything but the features a 5.0, for the features I rated an average, but that is for the light that does NOT come on when the door is open.
