Turntable Died After 3 Months!

Panasonic appears to offer repair but service center is 50 miles away and they do not offer return shipping. You would think that with less than 3 months use Best Buy would handle the problem. Sad thing is that I gave Panasonic a second chance when a similar unit died after a couple of years and very limited use. Never again.

Did not buy extended replacement warranty because we have never had a problem with a microwave. No recourse, so total loss. Purchased a new microwave, different brand, from a store that emphasizes customer satisfaction and would have replaced the product under same circumstances. Will not be returning to Best Buy.
