I like the features offered on this Panasonic Microwave Oven. That's the reason we got another one.

Easy to use, large volume in a compact microwave oven. Takes up minimal counter or shelf space.

Good size microwave for the price & the Best Buy staff are fabulous!

I upgraded from a cheaper microwave to this Panasonic. The cheaper microwave didn't last long but it had better features. The glass plate will not stay in place in this Panasonic and it is very annoying and difficult to get back on its groove. There also is no lighting in the microwave except when it is running. This makes it very difficult to see to clean it.

Good power for a small microwave. Has a turntable & lighted when running - but no light when door is open.

I was looking for certain features, but for my use the size of the unit was the most critical .

This unit replaced a Sharp microwave purchased 15 years ago. We'd still have that unit if not for the LED display failing. This one seemed promising but honestly the most-used (by us) instant settings are not only missing, but it's many steps to achieve the equivalent settings using the control panel. The key missing instant program settings include Beverage (we always need to reheat our coffee) and Pastrys/Rolls (goes with the coffee;). The Sensor Reheat feature seems OK, but it's taking some time to learn how to adjust that to varying dishes. While a feature uses a steam detector, we find you often need to use it together with a variable More or Less control override to get the right result. It seems to defeat the promise of the feature. Overall, the unit works, but the control panel (i.e., user interface) makes it very unfriendly to use.

The micro wave product I purchased was on sale aqnd the sales person was very helpful and his customer service was more than I could have expected....I am a big fan of Best Buy and will make more purchases from there too..Thanks again for a great product and great sales people..

Bought this microwave for a break room at work. It is used every day, and has performed without malfunction. This is why I choose this brand, I've bought a few panosonic microwaves in the past because they last a LONG time. And this one seems to be just as reliable. We've purchased many other bands that have failed or broken in the past, but this company has something figured out that other brands don't....reliability!

The unit has thus far performed as designed. It has heated food pretty evenly and is simple to clean up. My only complaint is that the plastic material covering the keypad is starting to separate and peel away from the start button area after only a month of moderate use. All-in-all, though, this product seems to be worth the money based on how it has been operating.

Good measurement size for a mid-size microwave with turntable.

My old microwave was at least 12 years old. I decided it was time to upgrade. I do not have much room to put a microwave, but we do use it very often. I decided on this one, but when I got it home, I saw that it was not very wide. I did not want to go thru the trouble of boxing it back up to return it though. It does work really well, so overall, I am very happy with it.

Heats up quickly with the sensor features.. eazy to use much bigger inside then we thought.

Great microwave, heats food evenly. It is a little noisy, though.

It has a popcorn button for my son and pops almost all the kernels now with 1200 watts. It is easy to push a button for one minute and change the power to reheat things for 30 seconds. Also fits into the space that was made for the cabinet. Alot of the sizes for the microwaves were too big for our cabinet. This one fits in perfect. Great microwave.

This microwave has the features and ease of use we wanted. We love the reheat options.

Glass tray doe snot fit well on the carousel - it seems as though the tray was not cut properly to fit the carousel. Bangs when it is going. We basically use just to heat up items not cook actual meals. I would recommend since there is nothing wrong with the cooking capability of unit, just loud.

If you need a simple large microwave, this is it! There is nothing automatic about this appliance. No auto start. Not even a light that comes on when you open the microwave. This is a step up from the dial knob microwave. It gets the job done without the special efx.

After doing a lot of research and reading a ton of reviews - bought the inverter technology Microwave Very happy with the purchase 2200 W powerful and enough capacity for a regular family. though we use it for a family of 2. Works fine - no problem till date almost close to 2 years now Only problem is the plastic on the buttons is peeling off - minor cosmetic problem otherwise no problem
