Works great, size is great, considering the outside size is compact.

After reading reviews on several microwaves, I decided this was the one that would best serve our needs. I found it on sale for an excellent price online and the "open box" item was at an even deeper discount. I am 100% pleased with my purchase experience.

I've had similar Panasonic microwave ovens, all easy to use and reliable, but this one looks a lot nicer.

The inverter technology cooks my food really evenly. Menus are easy enough to navigate. Sensor cook never overheats the food, but sometimes it needs another 30 seconds on high to get it hot enough. Sensor popcorn button works like a champ! Beeping at the end of the cooking cycle is not obnoxious either. Fingerprints tend to show on the front of the unit, but I can live with that. All in all, this is a great microwave for the price!

It heats up food in half time of what previous microwaves I used.

Great product. The only thing missing is a light the come on when you open the door.

Exactly what I was looking for to fit in a smaller niche, is a good value and powerful enough to heat quickly. I deliberately traded some of the more advanced features & functions in higher end microwaves to get something that would just be a simple, easy to use workhorse.

Compact, attractive, excellent power level. Waiting to see how long it will last.

I had a faithful Panasonic for like 25 years then it met it's timely demise. I was sorry the previous model was no longer available so I looked through Best Buy's inventory and decided on this model which is more powerful than my old one. Now that I am used to the different buttons to push to achieve my desires I am completely thrilled with my new model. If it lasts like the old one, well it might be the last one I ever own.

After looking at far too many microwave reviews and purchasing and returning a different brand that made weird noises when cooking I settled on this Panasonic microwave based on the good reviews and price point. The microwave heats foods up excellent and while the fan/motor hum along at a decent volume it's not overpowering and at the price point I paid I'm not concerned. I've read other reviews that knock the microwave because the interior light doesn't turn on when you open the door. To me this isn't a huge problem because I'm never microwaving foods in the dark. Overall this is a great microwave with a sound level and operations that are to be expected at this price.

Simply stated, it works as advertised. Easy to use, programming is pretty much self explaining.

I bought this at my local Best Buy. They gave me a price match to a popular online retailer. I like the stainless steel look and it feels sturdy. I like the size as it accommodates most everything I have used it for so far. It is a little more noisy than expected thought.

Instructions are easy to understand and follow. Items heat perfectly - no under or over cooking.

Replaced an old Microwave tthat failed. This has fewer idiot buttons and works well. It seems to cook a little faster (as claimed). Not having an interior light when door is opened is not a problem for me but might be for some.

Finally chose to upgrade from my 30 year old JC Penney microwave, which, though still functioning, seemed low on power and never had a turntable. Researched many a possibility and. based on that research, went with this unit. So far quite pleased with the higher power and, of course, the turntable. Hoping for an equal to the Penney's long life.
