Bought this beginning of May, 2015. Two adults in our household. We are not heavy microwave users. Purchased because I liked the size and the turntable. Died in 11 months. Our other microwaves lasted over ten years!

I use my microwave mostly for reheating. The sensor reheat works well in this unit -- no guessing whether the plate is ready or not. Really neat feature

This microwave is way more powerful than the one it replaced. It's taken some time to learn to not heat something as long as our old one. We really like the interior size. We have large square plates and they fit inside and go around on the carousel. The only knock on this microwave is it is louder than our old one.

I had a 700 watt microwave for so many years that it was a great relief to get a new and powerful one. I no longer have to guess how much time to add to recipe instructions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the fan is extremely noisy.

Frustrated by the fact that the timer can't be used when cooking/reheating/defrosting? What's the point. Also, can't see inside microwave, since the interior light doesn't come on when the door is open. Other than that, it's an OK microwave, it does the job.

Bought this because of its size and looks. Use mostly for reheating and cooking frozen veggies and other food items. The glass turntable often comes off the pivot. The track underneath displaces itself, too. I find it difficult to remember how to operate all the various cycle options. It is a powerful unit and we have overheated many a cup of coffee that has boiled over and spilled everywhere. It has taken a great deal of time to adjust. We usually have to power down. For our needs, this unit doesn't fit the bill. For others, it may just do fine.

It is a good size sturdy microwave that cooks fast.

Nice compact unit with excellent power. Sleek design. My only negative is that I wish it had one touch buttons for common items or times, but overall, this is a small concern.

We find ourselves buying more and more Panasonic products. They are almost invariably well-designed and well-built. When our old Panasonic microwave blew, we looked at other brands, but did not find the combination of size, shape and quality we were looking for. So far, this new microwave making us happy. We haven't tested all its features yet, but it's powerful and fast and cooks evenly. It seems none of the new microwaves have door handles anymore, and we miss that feature. Reaching for a door handle is a hard habit to break!

My family LOVES popcorn. We cook it OFTEN. After almost 3 months and many many....MANY different attempts and settings, this thing still kills popcorn. Popcorn in the middle quickly burns. BUMMER! Wish we had our old microwave back. Not sure if this is good or bad, but it is HUGE. It is also very light weight. It slides all over our counters. Push the button to open the door, the microwave slide back. IF I keep this unit, I am going to have to get some double sided tape to keep it in place. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS BEAST.

This microwave is more powerful than most on the market so your food items will be cooked more rapidly than usual. The machine is easy to use and has had no problems so far.

The microwave works great but as some other reviewers have said, it is pretty annoying that the light only turns on when the door is closed and it is in use. There is no light when you open the door. That is a big design flaw. It makes it difficult to check what you are cooking and to clean the microwave. I did not think it would bother me but it really does. I am keeping the microwave because I do not want to deal with returning it and it works great otherwise, but I would not buy it again.

We use it daily and so far we have not been disappointed once. 1200 watts makes it powerful to cook fast It cooks evenly Correct size for us to place on our kitchen counter.

This microwave was bought as a replacement for a much beloved, older microwave oven that bit the dust. This one is definitely a worthy addition to our kitchen. It looks good in black and it has a nice turntable. It also has a cooking Smart Sensor button that does a great job so far of knowing how to judge how long and at what level to cook leftovers so they are done just right. I don't know how it manages to do that but it does. This microwave is great!

I've had this microwave for a month now. So easy to use with so many options. The Inverter version with Genius sensor is truely genius!

Purchased in September of 2013. Unit worked fine for the first couple of months. Only complaint at that point, which we had accepted before purchasing it, was that the unit did not have a light when opened, only when cooking. After about 9 months of use, the unit stopped working once when trying to heat food. We programed the desired time, pressed 'Start', the unit started to go, then immediately shut off and displayed the time of day. This happened once or twice more over the following weeks, but never consistently. For the next 3 months, the unit performed perfectly. Then, at 1 year and 1 month, the unit had the same problem, which became more and more frequent, until it simply won't work at all. Looking at other reviews, it seems that this is a common problem, and it usually doesn't manifest itself until the unit is just out of warranty. Very disappointed! We purchased this Panasonic unit thinking that they produced quality products that would at least last 5 or more years. There were certainly less expensive units available at the time, with similar features. We will not be purchasing another Panasonic unit.

Unable to view water starting to boil, unlike prior microwave where bubbling was easily viewed thru door. Noise may bother some.

I have had this MW only a short time, and it appears to work. My complaint is the interior light. It only is on when the unit is heating. I have never owned another brand that did not light when the door was opened. You have to use an eternal light to see inside the unit to check your product, or to clean the inside. This is pathetic for a higher priced microwave!

worst thing is no light when door is opened. BUMMER. I would have definitely exchanged it but I couldn't get any one to carry it back to the store. I really hate that there is no light when placing my food inside this microwave.
