The door is very flimsy and you have to press a button hard to open it. When you press the add a minute button, you still have to press start button afterwards. I have tried EVERY setting to pop microwave popcorn (all the popcorn settings and timed settings), and it comes out terrible every time. This is a big thing for me. The interior turntable is small despite the 1200 watts. Not happy with this item at all!

So far, it hasn't disappointed. Heats the Dodd much faster than our last one and has great options. Heat sensor works great. Never have to heat twice.

The only feature that is different is that the light does not go on when you open the door. It's a bit noisy, but I am getting used to it.
