    We bought this microwave two years ago, and have never had a problem with it. It had a user's manual with it that was very easy to follow, which some companies no longer supply. It is easy to clean, too.

    The microwave works really good. Price was good. Was on sale. The only thing, it isn't a huge microwave, but it is a little big for the counter space I have. It looked smaller on the shelf.

    I was skeptical about the sensor cooking, but it seems to do what it needs to do without a fuss. My kitchen is large enough that the noise isn't a problem, but I can see how others might find it loud. Noise doesn't last long though.

    I bought the 1.2 cm model, same as I had before, but this model has less room. Don't understand that. I have used the sensor reheat button but it cooks way too long. I'm still trying to figure that out. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to.
