good product for the price - lots of shortcut features that are not on other products in this price range - overall great product for the money

I am very satisfied so far. I have cooked frozen meals, reheated meals, cooked soup and softened Ice Cream.

Found that it worked well and the buttons are easy to read. The increased 1250 W is great for fast cooking.

The light is on inside this microwave when cooking but goes off when you open the door so it is impossible to see the inside to clean it. It is also very noisy when in use.

I went in wanting a higher end model but it wasn't in stock and needed the microwave that weekend, I don't use the microwave very often but I have really enjoyed the features and strength of this model. The product guide was really helpful and it does everything the higher end model promised. My mother waited for the other model it's been a year and she's had nothing but problems with hers. I'm very happy the Best Buy crew helped me choose this model it's been outstanding.

This is a great microwave for the price it is very practical we have had no problems and have enjoyed it

We are happy with this microwave primarily due to the smaller size which gives us more counter space.

Both items were purchased at a great price, so far the performance are ok, since they were new i can't really say much. The size of the microwave is perfect for the family. The inside part of the refrigerator should have more room. Since they are stainless, it is easier to maintain the cleanliness. They both match with our other appliances and perfect for our newly renovated kitchen.

After going through several microwaves in a couple of years, I wanted to get a quality unti that would last as well as have the power to get the job done. I found it in this Panasonic 1.2 cubic foot unit. It has lots of power, more cooking options than you will ever need, and has met every expectation Ihad for a quality mivcrowave. We have had this unit for two months now and have been very pleased with the purchase.

Old micro was loud, and obnoxious(only a year old)! This one is excellent: quiet, efficient, and does much more than just heat!
