Very easy to use, seems like it has standard power and fits nicely in the pantry.

This unit replaced a Sharp microwave purchased 15 years ago. We'd still have that unit if not for the LED display failing. This one seemed promising but honestly the most-used (by us) instant settings are not only missing, but it's many steps to achieve the equivalent settings using the control panel. The key missing instant program settings include Beverage (we always need to reheat our coffee) and Pastrys/Rolls (goes with the coffee;). The Sensor Reheat feature seems OK, but it's taking some time to learn how to adjust that to varying dishes. While a feature uses a steam detector, we find you often need to use it together with a variable More or Less control override to get the right result. It seems to defeat the promise of the feature. Overall, the unit works, but the control panel (i.e., user interface) makes it very unfriendly to use.

I am very pleased with this product. Got my first one years ago because I needed one with these dimentions and a cord from right side. We use a microwave almost every day, so gets a lot of use. Finally "old faithful" had some problems, so replaced it with same model. (has some small differences--for the better) We are very pleased.

Wish timer would work at the same time as the microwave. Cooking time is much faster than old Whirlpool which died within three years usage by two people. Great installation directions. Basically plug in and get back to cooking.

This is my third Panasonic microwave with a Genius Sensor. The previous two cooked everything to perfection. This one overlooks EVERYTHING. I am very disappointed. The sensor cooking is unusable leaving me with a microwave I hate. I have to guess at everything. I only bought this microwave because my previous two really were geniuses. I hate it.

The unit has thus far performed as designed. It has heated food pretty evenly and is simple to clean up. My only complaint is that the plastic material covering the keypad is starting to separate and peel away from the start button area after only a month of moderate use. All-in-all, though, this product seems to be worth the money based on how it has been operating.

My old microwave was at least 12 years old. I decided it was time to upgrade. I do not have much room to put a microwave, but we do use it very often. I decided on this one, but when I got it home, I saw that it was not very wide. I did not want to go thru the trouble of boxing it back up to return it though. It does work really well, so overall, I am very happy with it.

All in all its a good microwave for the price paid.
