Wanted a small microwave and am very happy with my decision. It cooks realy fast and the reheat feature works well and is my favorite.

I purchased this as a x-mas gift for my daughter. I purchased the same unit for my self 18mos ago I use it every day no problems. that's a good enough reason to buy another one.

This microwave heats everything very evenly. It takes 30seconds to heat food that used to take over 2 minutes with my old microwave. Love it.

The microwave works very well and has great feature. The only drawback is that the top get very hot when microwaving for more than 4 minutes at a time.

We had purchased a Frigidare convection microwave about a year ago & it quit working. We had always purchased Panasonic microwaves in the past, & never had any problems.

Powerful oven for tight space. Holds a full dinner plate too. Most microwaves are too wide for a small space

Many now require this much wattage for best cooking results.great microwave for the price.nicely meets alley requirements.

this microwave was purchased to replace a similar Panasonic microwave that was damaged during a move. This one is as good as the previous one. No complaints

I had the same earlier version of this microwave and like this one just as much if not more because it seems a little faster.

Very easy to use. Cooks very evenly. The sensor reheat works very well. We have always had good luck with Panasonic products.

This microwave has done what we want/need it to do. It seems louder than our previous microwave...never thought to run it at the store before buying it!

Unless noise level can be reduced in this model, people will not likely to buy it in the future

I've been very happy with Panasonic for a lot of different electronic needs so I knew I wouldn't be disappointed and I wasn't. I would highly recommend!

This is replacing an 9 year old panasonic microwave. We use for reheating and defrosting mostly and have been happy so far. Hope to get another nine years out of it.

Good solid microwave for the money, Easy to use and easy to install. Like the staineless steel look.

I've owned an NN-SN651B for almost three years and have had no trouble with it. Recently I added a new circuit to my electrical panel protected by an AFCI/GFCI dual-function circuit breaker. The microwave tripped the breaker with an AFCI fault. If your appliance is over one year old, Panasonic asks that you pay a support fee to talk to them by phone. They told me via email that the microwave needed repair. It was cheaper to buy a new microwave, so I bought this NN-SN651BA this week. The new microwave also trips the breaker with an AFCI fault. I bought another brand of microwave and it runs fine without tripping the breaker, so this NN-SN651BA will be going back to Best Buy. AFCI protection is required in kitchens as of the 2014 National Electric Code. I like the NN-SN651B but it seems that it isn't compatible with breakers meeting current electrical standards--or the breakers are not compatible with the microwave.

I bought it because the price was good and overall this microwave was worth it and is more powerful than my last so I enjoy it

I've had this microwave for a couple months now and it works like a charm! It's very quiet while cooking, and the beeps at the end are not high pitched.

This microwave offers more cooking room for its exterior size than most and cooks at top power if desired. It is handsome and unobtrusive in stainless.

This is a nice little microwave which works beautifully. The best feature is the quick minute which can be stacked for heating coffee, etc.
