My old microwave died so I went to Bestbuy to get a Samsung but they were sold out. I saw this panasonic on the shelf it was bigger, and cheaper than the Samsung I was looking at getting, so I bought it. It's powerful and works great just hope it lasts long.

Occupies less space, easy to use, perfect heating, easy to clean.

Bought this unit expecting it to fit in a tight space under a cabinet but had to return it because it was slightly too big. My wife and I both recognized how nicely the door worked. Push the button and it releases quietly and easily. Shuts with a soft push. This in comparison to the smaller unit we eventually bought to fit our space. Door opening and closing was not as smooth and easy. Didn't actually use the unit except to heat some cold coffee. It worked well but controls on replacement unit are a bit easier to use having a one touch control in which you press the 2, for instance, and you are programming 2 minutes of microwave. Other than that it looked and felt like a superior product and would recommend this product to others.

Overall, it is a good microwave. It cooks much faster than my old one so I tend to overcook, however. I wish it had one pre-set cooking button called "dinner plate" like my old one. That was a perfect time and temp for reheating a plate of food... now it is more of a guessing game. It is a lttle confusing to use the sensor cooking. It is a good size, compact enough to fit on the counter but still large enough for my biggest casserole dish.

I replaced my old microwave that was on it's last leg if you will. This product is light years ahead of my old sunbeam microwave. It literally heats up left overs in under a minute without fail. Furthermore it is quite spacious and easy to clean. Great Buy!!

I bought two of these microwaves, one was a gift for my granddaughter and one was for me. We were happily impressed with the efficiency of the units. Since both are kept in our respective dining rooms, we were very pleased with their appearance. They are easily maintained(cleaned). They were delivered on time which was great since it was an early Christmas gift.

Works like a charm,many futures,not loud,excelent to have it in kitchen.

Great size and cooked a bag of popcorn just right!!! Easy to clean too.

Solid and powerful but the glass turntable sits on a drive pinion with only one lobe instead if the usual three lobes, consequently the turntable comes off the drive pinion and as it tips it pushes the three roller ring that supports the turntable out of its track so the turntable is lopsided and clatters as it turns

I bought this microwave after my 2-1/2 year old GE microwave stopped heating (yes, the lights and timer still worked). I researched the user reviews for the more expensive Panasonic microwave with sensor technology and went to the store to buy it. When I arrived, a very helpful store employee (I cannot remember his name) advised that the less expensive and smaller Panasonic microwave was just as good, if not better because of its countertop-friendly size, than the larger and more expensive model. After using it daily for over a month, I realize I have wasted time in the past trying to figure out the amount of time a dish or beverage takes to heat up. Now, I just press the sensor button and the microwave heats the dish without drying it out. It's a great microwave!

Nice size, heating appears even, door opens and close quieter than my previous microwave, I like the stainless front frame. Runs a little louder than my old oven, though. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

I anted a simple microwave, no need for real cooking, and this one is great. I do not like how some open with the push button, rather than the handle, but this one is smooth, and you do not need to push too hard. Looks great on my counter as I did not want one above my stove.

Purchased Panasonic sn661s after my lg started making loud noises. I have been a total fan of lg for years so it was hard to switch. This is perfect size for me as it is in between size of two lg models. It is much quitter than the lg and cooks everything good so far.

I bought this stainless, beautiful microwave one month ago. It functions good and heats food evenly. The size is perfect for our family use. This microwave is lighter than the old ones that I used befote, so it is easy to move it. However, comparing to my old microwaves, this one makes louder sound in use.

I really like this microwave. I did a lot of research before getting the panasonic, and it's pretty well liked across the web. It heats water to a boil in 3 minutes compared to my last microwave which took almost 5 minutes. It looks great in white, and has great power options and settings. I don't have any big problems with it, other than it takes up a lot of counter real estate, and the display uses block numbers in yellow that could be easier to read. Other than that, it's pretty great. My true feelings about it won't emerge until I see how long it lasts. If it gives me a few years of solid use and still works just as well, I'll be very happy.

Cooks like it's supposed to. Quick and quiet. Easy controls.
