This unit works much better then the old unit it replaced. My only dislike is you can't add time to the cook once you started the process. On my old unit you could add or decrease seconds or minutes. Other then that unit does as superior job.

We loved the operation and looks of the microwave and price was just right. However, the turn table didn't work and when we finally went to the store for an exchange there were no more to choose from.

Heats food equally and very easy to use, exceelent price- value

Have been using this for about a month. It functions well and I've had no problems with it. The controls are intuitive enough. I like that you can leave the door open to air it out and the light doesn't stay on. Seems solidly build. Happy so far.

Works as expected. My only complaint is that the light does not come on when the door is open. The door does close tight – which I like. Heats things up quickly. Seems to be a well-built microwave.

I have gone a long time without having a microwave. I decided that it was finally time to make this purchase. I selected this one because I trust the manufacturer, and thought it would meet my needs at a good price. I have not regretted this. It's good looking (I mean, for a microwave) and performs well.

This microwave has been a solid addition to our kitchen. It works well and is easy to program. The feature that I like the best is the Inverter technology. This microwave reduces the power level, instead of turning the power on/off multiple times during cooking. That gives a much better end result, without cold spots or overcooked areas.

Very even and fast cooking -- A+ and love the inverter for great defrosting performance. The sensor cooking works well, but we do find that we have to dial it back a little as it cooks things a little hotter than we'd like. The only real drawback is the noise, and not just the noise that you hear, but also the electrical noise that creates havoc with wifi. When it is running, our wifi gets cut out (at least, any wifi on the 2.4 channel). If you can live the noise, then it's the best microwave we've ever owned.

Very pleasantly surprised by the power of this smaller microwave. The only reason that I didn't give it a 5 is because it doesn't have the quick push buttons for 1,2,3.... minutes. Also, there is no light inside. Other than those things, we haven't had any problems at all. All together, good product.

I bought this as a Mothers Day present to my grandmother as she needed a new microwave. I am very happy with this purchase. This microwave does not take up a large amount of space. It also has a large print on its buttons for easy reading which is a plus for elderly consumers. Very easy to use as well!

This microwave is the perfect size and heats up well.

This is a relatively small form factor 1.2 cu.ft. countertop microwave. The style is similar to other Panasonic microwaves along with the Inverter (Genius) method of cooking which makes a big difference in even cooking. Rated at 1200 watts it cooks very fast and the sensor keypad has numerous functions to fit nearly at type of cooking.

so far no complaints with this. we really only use it to reheat dinner or cook frozen veggies. our previous microwave was a little bigger which was nice, this is smaller. the only down side with this mircrowave is there is no inside light which is a little strange. other than that, works great!

Bought this microwave to replace an over the stove microwave. Does a great job cooking food quickly and evenly. There is cook sensing for certain types of food so it can cook to optimal temp. Solid basic microwave for everyday use. Would highly recommend.

After browsing several stores to find a microwave with all the features we wanted I was concerned the pricing was much higher than I expected. But I always check out Best Buy, in particular, Best Buy Outlet for great deals. The Panasonic NN-SN661S Mid-Size Microwave had everything we were looking for at an excellent price.

It's just the right size, price, and look for the space.

Default setting is high. Much faster heating than microwave ovens I have previously owned. There are all sorts of functions that I haven't tried yet, but you can either punch in the amount of time in seconds, or just hit the "sensor" button, and let it go. I haven't overheated anything yet.

This microwave fits great on countertop. Large enough to handle large bowls and dinner plates. It is also very powerful. Bought this when it was on sale and was a very good value. We use this microwave daily and love it. Would highly recommend this product.
