Only thing I don't like about the microwave is it doesn't have an automatic start (some microwaves you can just push the # 2,etc. and it automatically cooks for 2 mins.) Other than that, it's a great microwave. Great features.

Microwave is solidly built, very quiet, has plenty of features, is 1200 watts, and just the right size. The keyboard is a good layout compared to others out there. My only minor complaint is that the light only works when the microwave is running - open the door and you have no light. Other than that, I am completely happy with this microwave. It has all the features I use and I have confidence in the company. I tried other top brand names and returned them. They were loud, cost more, and were very cheaply made. I will stick with Panasonic from now on.

Good microwave for my mom who needed a new one. She can easily read the numbers and their layout on the front panel makes it easy for her to tell which number she has selected. She likes the white interior, says it is easy to clean vs the grey interior she had from a different one.

I read reviews from several sites before I decided to actually purchase the microwave.I really love the microwave. It will heat your food in half the time. When my grandson would heat his food up on his own I told him to do 1 0 0 for 1 minute. He now has to do 3 0. It was money will spent.

I bought this microwave for a bar area. I chose it because of the simple style and small size. I thought it would be used only to pop corn and to heat drinks. It is actually an amazingly versatile machine and performs comparably with the far more expensive microwave I have in my kitchen.

Works fine. Like the sensor feature - can reheat or cook without setting time and the unit knows when to turn off. Good countertop microwave, would buy it again.

This Panasonic microwave replaced a similar one that had just failed. (know that that might have been a tip off , , ,) We liked its predecessor until the (slightly premature) end, so we took the leap to what looked to be a comparable model. The first one delivered was pretty much D.O.A., displaying little more than an error code, but we took the leap of faith and agreed to a replacement. So far the successor is doing well. It seems slightly less potent than our old one, but it also seems to handle some of the trickier stuff (e.g., popcorn) with more grace. The "build quality" is a little suspect; there are definitely differences in fit and finish when the current one and the defective return are compared. In the end we have decided that for our purposes a microwave oven that is sufficiently utilitarian meets our needs. If the price is reasonable (as this one was), more the better.

This was my 2nd microwave purchase in a week. The 1st purchase was a very similar LG model. The microwave was very loud and returned it within 24 hours. I am very happy with my Panasonic purchase.

It's works good and heats up food quickly. What I don't like is that the light doesn't turn on when you open the door.

I purchased a Panasonic microwave and it is excellent. It heats food very quickly. I like the stainless steel and black front. It is easy to clean and does everything I need it to do. I am very happy with my purchase.

It works as expected but there is no light when the door is open. Makes it hard to see when cleaning.

Ordered this to fit in a narrow cabinet. Great fit. Looks good. Would like an interior light to go on when I open the door but otherwise has all the features I need. Attractive and seems sturdy.

I love this microwave. It works great and I have no problems with it at all! I had a different one before and they kept breaking so I went with this one and thank God no problems as of yet. This is one wonderful microwave!!!

We needed to replace an old inefficient microwave but couldn't use a large one. This model fit just right into our cabinet and works very well. Extremely pleased with our purchase.

This microwave is great for basic uses such as reheating, defrosting, ease of use. It has other features that I have not fully explored but I am very happy with my purchase of this microwave. it does all that I need for my use in a microwave.

I have had problems before with a microwave. My problem was with overheating. So far, I am pleased with this microwave. It works well and it is not small nor big for my family of three.

Replaced a more expensive microwave with the Panasonic. Had purchased the more expensive unit that was exactly like the one that went bad but it was so noisy and had less power than the Panasonic. It was returned and the Panasonic was purchased. So far, very satisfied with the Panasonic. The manufacturer of the more expensive unit said they would replace it but I would have to pay the postage for the return plus $15. Would have cost me around $50 and I may have had the same problem. The unit was only three weeks old.

I purchased this based on my previous experience with a Panasonic microwave which lasted 14 years. This model functions similarly but has one disappointing difference, the light is only on when the door is closed and the unit is running. This is inconvenient to say the least. and a real oversight by the designers. My other complaint was the unit was not completely level, One of the two sheet metal stamped feet in the rear was off by about the thickness of a credit card. I am actually using an old AAA card to level the unit until I get the time to glue a piece of gasket material onto the offending stamping. Typical problems with things not manufactured here.

While the learning curve is steep from our older, simpler microwave - once mastered this one performs well. Push "1" and it cooks for one minute, push "2" and you get two minutes, etc. There's also a 30 second option. If we could just get the kids to stop slamming the door.

I had a larger one (2.2 cu ft.) which had reheat sensor too like this one, however, it had the ability to show power level and countdown feature in its display whereas this one does not.
