We had a Whirlpool over the stove microwave prior to our kitchen remodel that was not nearly as efficient as this microwave. I was a little hesitant to by a Panasonic but I am so glad we did. This product heats our food and water much quicker than our whirlpool ever did.

I needed a mid-size microwave oven to fit 23 inch space of my over the counter nook. It has 1200w power for fast cooking . I really like the sensor reheat function. It really works without over cooking.

This is my second Panasonic microwave if it last as long as the first one it will be an antique. Its very easy to operate, much easier than the last one and sleeker in styling. Just a great microwave to use. I love the brand because of the solid construction.

I have a smallish kitchen so this size was perfect for me. Heats food well and evenly, and it's pretty easy to clean. Quality product for a good price.

This microwave replaced our old one that died. We use the microwave a lot & instead of reasearching before buying, we pretty much picked the one that looked good. We did measure the interior to make sure our largest microwave-safe cooking vessels would fit, so that part is OK. BUT - this one is too complicated to use. We have to refer to the book all the time. The interior light only comes on while food is cooking, not when the door is open; the 'dinger' is way too loud with no way to turn it down/off; even a simple thing like making popcorn is like clearing a jet for takeoff (have to read microwave oven directions, then read popcorn directions, then try to figure out what power & time to use - with our old one, we just put the popcorn packet in the microwave, pushed the popcorn button et voila: POPCORN!) The only saving grace, besides looking nice, is that this microwave is much easier to clean on the inside than our old one. This microwave is just barely a keeper, but that's only my opinion. We will most certainly do our homework next time!

I was looking for a counter-top microwave oven for my new house. The Panasonic unit heats food quickly and uniformly. I haven't used any of the more advanced features, just regular timed heating, and the kitchen timer function, but it meets all of my needs.

Microwave is great overall. Some features that I miss from my old one like easy buttons that know how to heat up beverage, soup etc without adjusting the power level. But this one by far heats up the food, drinks fast than anyone I've ever had before.

Love this microwave, it starts when you push the start button. The other brand I had previous to this one started when you pushed one of the numbers and I found that very inconvenient. Have not had any issues with this product, highly recommended.

My friends have the same unit. Used it at their house and was impressed. I am a fan of Panasonic products and I like the sleek design of this microwave. Inverter tecytology is a plus. Looking forward to many years of usage.

Decent microwave at a good price. Just a simple microwave with some options. Not too big, but big enough for a family of 4. My non-English speaking mother is able to use it at easy. No problems so far for the last 6 months.

I could use if as soon I got it. It had a lot the same things as my old micowave oven so it made it easy me to start using it after I read the book which came with it. The price was in a good price range. That worked for me..

We really like this one we especially like the easier to use options that simplified more complicated requirements. It really looks nice and blends in with our new stove. It adds another update to our century old kitchen

This product was bought as a gift for a friend moving into a house. It was perfect for it's purpose. It was also great that Best Buy had this kind of a microwave, most of the ones there are over the range top microwaves and I needed a counter one.

Small enough to place on my kitchen counter. Great for making popcorn, my grandchildren's favorite snack. Potatoes cooked evenly and vegetables cooked well in steamer bags.

I always read reviews of my products on reliable sources, and I am happy to say that this was another successful purchase so far. Small footprint, but have more space internally than other brands. Recommended.

This Panasonic Microwave is going to be perfect for our newly re-modeled kitchen. We have chosen this model for its size and functions, as it will fit in a pantry area now, instead our former over the oven one.

Very slick and modern look yet very easy to use. My parents love it. Ever since I bought it for them, I always get good feedback from them. The staff who assisted me over at Best Buy Elk Grove is very knowledgeable and accommodating to us.

Very fast heating with various temperatures & levels to choose from. Good instruction manual which has helped me become familiar with settings, etc. My first microwave was a Panasonic and it's still working just fine after more than 20 years, which is why I went with the same brand, but higher wattage. I do miss having an interior light when the door is open though. Another purchaser did mention that but I didn't think I'd care as much as I do..

Bought this microwave for my 95 years old mom. Just right for her. More room inside this microwave even though it fit the same exterior footprint as her old unit. Easy and clear instruction manual. Large print numbers on the keypad.

This microwave was supposed to be a downgrade from my LG microwave that broke, which was 1.5 Cu and supposedly more powerful. That didn't end up being the case! This microwave is much more powerful than I anticipated and works great for my needs. I was already planning on purchasing brand new, but managed to score an open box deal and paid the same price w/ extended Geek Squad coverage. The "Quick Min." setting is something I haven't made the full 1:00 for reheating food, due to it being so strong. I highly recommend, for those not wanting to pay a crazy amount for a new microwave, but also need something that's a decent size to fit on a countertop.
