This replaces a GE microwave that failed after 2 years. It seems to heat more evenly and quickly than the GE. The controls are a bit hard to see.

This is a very nice microwave for a family or even a single person. It has enough power to heat foods quickly. It's very easy to operate as well.

The unit has functioned properly since plugging in! Great finish. It is a little noisy at times as it ramps up to full power on long cooking cycles.

I got this to replace a Sharp unit that came with the house we bought. I don't even remember the model, just that it was free and it was already on the counter when we took possession. After four years it finally stopped working correctly (it's BAD when your microwave is tripping the circuit breakers) so I did some research. After going through the other reviews I picked this out and so far it works great. There are some little things - the clock is harder to read (bleed through on the LEDs? Filter issues? Not really sure) and the inside light doesn't come on until you're actually cooking. Will we be trading it in? No, because as a microwave it works just fine. When this one dies (and they all do sooner or later) I'll probably spend more time in the store looking at models first before just buying the one that's highest rated online. That's one benefit that you get with Best Buy that you don't get with the online-only retailers.

Clean and simple styling and easy to use. Your functional and no frills microwave - hopefully to keep going for a long time.

I love it. Works fine; would prefer if noise level is brought down in the next model.

Have had this for about 3 years and love it! It gets a lot of use and does a wonderful job. Will be buying same one for my son to take to college.

I really like this microwave. I have a built in cabinet & it just fits. It heats up so much faster than my last one , which was about 30 years old

Easy to use and has sufficient power to do one-person dinner such as pot pies. Also adequate for instant cereal and re-heating cold coffee or tea.

We used the oven's sensor when cooking vegetables. It senses (from escaping steam) how close to being done the vegetables are. Our broccoli was perfect! The next night, our artichokes were also cooked to perfection. This appliance is used daily. We have been very pleased with the power of this microwave. At the same time, we have yet to over-cook anything. .

Bought this to match our new stainless steel kitchen! Absolutely love it!! It has so many new features like heating up your food without putting in a time! Yes, it heats your food and knows when it is hot and ready to eat!! Soo many features I have not tried yet by I still love my new microwave!!

This microwave performs all the standard functions associated with devices of its kind and appears to be a sturdy unit. However, it's somewhat ugly, it's a lot louder than other microwaves I've owned, and you can't use the timer while the microwave is in use (unlike my previous microwave). I'm hoping that the device is at least durable given the price, as my last microwave only lasted about five years before the button that opens the microwave door began to have serious problems. The framework on this door seems steady so I hope it will outlast my previous unit, which is all I can really hope for when buying a microwave.

I went in planning on buying another Samsung to replace a 15 year old faithful Samsung that has seen it's last days. I was not impressed with the current choices or prices. One of the sales associates showed me this microwave and I loved the look inside and out, I liked the buttons and how the door opened and closed. But when I saw the price I knew this sealed the deal. I got it home, unpacked it, plugged it in and everything has been awesome. The options are too many to list. The clean up is so easy. Nothing sticks to the insides.

We purchased this one mainly because of it's size. So far no issues with the microwave but it is mainly used to reheat.

Works like a microwave should, it looks great and is the second Panasonic I've bought from Best Buy. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is my third Panasonic microwave in about a 10 year span. The first two lasted about 3 to 4 years until the door latch failed and prevented the microwave from starting. Despite this problem, I really like the quick and even heating of my food. I am not sure if it is the inverter technology or the rotating carousel inside the oven, but the food heats very evenly. This is also evident when I defrost food straight out of the freezer. Many microwaves do not defrost evenly and the outside edges of the frozen item sometimes starts to cook. This Panasonic microwave does a nice job of defrosting the entire item very evenly. So if you want a microwave that heats and defrosts well but may not last for more than a few years, this item would be for you.
