it is a good microwave. it is lacking some of the various push button features on the higher cost ovens but it works great. Fast cooking and the turntable plate is perfect for most dinner plates.

Bought this microwave for my 95 years old mom. Just right for her. More room inside this microwave even though it fit the same exterior footprint as her old unit. Easy and clear instruction manual. Large print numbers on the keypad.

The only thing I can find bad about this unit, is that stupid light, why it is only on, while cooking, instead of when you open the door. Other than that, it works great, decent price, many features, especially, the keep warm feature. is a small cabinet, but plate inside is large, so holds more in smaller space.

If you look at most microwave ovens they seem to be the same. The quality can be unseen. That is the case with this product. It is simple to use and heats food evenly. Very pleased.

Other reviews site door function is a weak spot on some Panasonic microwaves. The smooth/easy operation on my door suggests that issue may have been addressed by the manufacturer. I have been using the "Genius" cook/reheat feature. So far, flawless for frozen dinners and leftovers and no fussing with punching in a time. Audible alerts are at a pleasant level. Light is on only during cooking. Manufacture has a pretty good reliability but since mine unit is only a month old I felt a fifth star premature. I am impressed..

This microwave delivers a lot of bang for the buck. I like how it looks - easy to keep clean - and how the instrument panel operates. It's pretty quiet too. A really good buy.

needed a new microwave after our 18 yr old Panasonic gave up the ghost. the 1200 watts surpasses the previous 1000 watt model, and it really shows in quicker, more even cooking. very satisfied! exhaust fan seems better as well.

I am happy with my new microwave and the only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the interior light does not turn on when you open the door. Other than that, works just great.

Works like it should. Does everytime I thought it would. It is the perfect size for the two of us.

Microwave works good. Turbo defrost is a little overrated cant tell the difference from this one compared to my old sharp.Microwave is a little loud. Door release and door very smooth.

All the functions work great. Love the reheat. Only drawback is the light does not work when the door is open. That would make it perfect and could have given it 5 stars.

This 1200w microwave purchased for the office does what you'd expect - heats/cooks items quickly and easily. We almost didn't buy the unit because the demo models on the shelf had doors which were hard to open/close without some effort. The Best Buy person nearby shrugged her shoulders and said that's normal. Since we're fans of the mid-range Panasonics (both my colleague and I have them at home), we decided to go with it (turned out that the door opened easily and closed quietly without having to slam it).

Purchased based on brand and price. Microwave that does what you want one to do. Very satisfied with the product. Like the footprint on the counter and the clean look.

Doesn't have all the bells and whistles but for the price it is a great microwave. Does exactly what a basic microwave should.

Really like this microwave. It is almost identical to my older (12+ years) microwave but cooks faster and has a push button door.

I needed to purchase 2 microwaves for the break room in my office and I found the Panasonic microwaves and they have been working very well in the office.

I bought this microwave after my last Panasonic microwave broke after 22 years of service. So I wanted to stick to Panasonic. This was a great choice bigger more powerful even then my last one . works great

I like the smaller size so it takes up less space. I mostly use it just to heat things up. Seems to work good so far!

I bought this product bc I am accustomed to Panasonic microwaves. This one, in particular, warms food evenly using the sensor technology that is built in. I love how quiet it is and ease of use is great!

It works great so far. Only downside is that when it's off and you open the microwave door, the light doesn't come on so it's a little hard to clean the inside.
