The price was right but we were surprised that the light in the oven does not come on when the door is opened. The light is only on when cooking begins. Other than that, the oven cooks as expected.

I have only had the microwave for 3 weeks, but it has worked just fine for what we need it for. We only use it for heating things up, not for cooking. It fit in the space that we needed it to fit in. I like that we can use the amount of minutes that we want. Our last microwave had 15 second increments only.

This was for my mom is is a senior citizen do we needed something simple. Very easy key pad and so far the performance has been excellent.

Bought this microwave on sale for my office and it fits perfectly in our kitchen area. Heats up the food evenly and have no complaints so far!

We bought this on a whim to replace a failed over-the-range unit that we didn't want to go through the trouble of replacing quite yet, and we've been very pleased. Spacious and powerful, yet compact enough to tuck away nicely on the countertop. We haven't had it very long, so I can't speak to the durability, but it feels solidly-constructed. Very pleased.

This does exactly what I want it to do. The next smallest one I was concerned was too small for a dinner plate, and since this was is just big enough, my concern was warranted. If you wonder if this is big enough for a standard dinner plate, then the answer is yes, it is, with a little bit of room to spare. Other than that, it has a sleek look. Mix that with the stainless steel and you never have to worry about it rusting. That and considering the brand name's reputation you should have a microwave that lasts a lifetime.

Wow this is affordable microwave but very functional. Very elegant. I like the sensor cook!

Have previously owned Panasonic microwaves, and really LOVE the Sensor Heat and ReHeat features. Fits on the kitchen counter nicely; doesn't take up a lot of counter space but still a decent size inside. I would prefer that light inside turn on when microwave door is open, but certainly not a deal breaker. Hedged my purchase "bet" by buying Best Buy protection plan based on some of the reviews that I read prior to my purchase. Have had problems with door button/latch on previous Panasonic units that I've owned.

The Panasonic microwave is a great microwave for the price. tons of features, looks nice, and gets the job done.

This is a very sleek microwave. I choose the black because I was tired of the smudges that appear on stainless steel and the need to clean them differently in order to maintain the appearance of the stainless steel. I was surprised that the size of the 1.2 Cu. Ft has little to do with the space it takes up in comparison to the .07 Cu. Ft. I recently had to toss out. A bit higher price than I would have liked, but I couldn't wait for a sale to come along.

Good size, has all the options, easy to clean, good looking peace of kitchen equipment.

Microwave operates very well except inside light issue. We returned one because after a week the light did not come on when you open the door. We researched more and found this was a common issue. It has the overall best rating and we are happy with the operation except for the light not coming on when you open the door. It lights up when cooking.

This microwave fit our size requirements and looks great. It heats things quickly and pretty evenly.
