It is the easiest control panel to use. Love the dial that dials the minutes in 30 second increments. Love the 30 second fast button. Perfect size and nice looking. Works good but keep the instruction booklet handy if you want to use the childproof feature or set the clock. Also like the brightness of the big numbers to see the time set snd the clock.

We bought the Panasonic 1.3 cu. ft microwave from BestBuy. We close to buy from BestBuy was because of the knowledge able provided by Bestbuy and friendly service. We were replacing a old microwave and we were looking for a sturdy microwave with a good design ,moderate cost And enough watts for our needs. The Panasonic microwave filled in all our requirements.

This is an awesome microwave, it is easy to use in the inside is large enough that it easily holds a dinner plate. It heats up everything to what it should be.

I bought this as a gift, just got the feed back and they love it, the size, style and looks well worth it.

The buttons are easy to push it's a big microwave and easy to clean

Love my new microwave. Read up on Consumer reports before my purchase and Best Buy had a good price and very convenient for me. I would have preferred a wall mounted oven but doing some renovations in my kitchen and couldn’t accommodate it. Maybe my husband can put somewhere else in my kitchen so it doesn’t take up the counter space.

Works perfect , but hard to understand programming and running it .I can't figure out if child lock is on or off ? I try taking it off and does not effect any differing operation of it ? And door closes like the plastic is slamming into the metal and will eventually fail , along with the darn door open button . You would think if they put so much crap into the electrical part that the mechanical stuff would be better designed . I cook by turning the knob for amount of time then pushing in to start , and thats all i need , I think i will put my old unit back in house and store it as a back up for when this one fails . I bought it on line not in person , If i saw how it was made i would have passed on buying it .

Micro isn't as powerfull as I wished. Defrost takes longer then my old one. WaRMING UP A COLD MEAL I WOULD HAVE TO ADD ANOTHER MINUTE. THOUGH THE SIZE IS PERFECT AND THE OVEN IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN.

This was a purchase based on economics first, and function second. Thus, I didn't expect to have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive microwave units. I never cook meals in a microwave. I use it for heating water for instant coffee or cocoa, warming leftovers, heating the dog's food. Only complaint is that it's not as user friendly as I'd like with determining how to heat certain items. The microwave is great but the instruction manual is average.

This is a nice microwave but I am not a fan of the dial. You can’t punch in the exact minutes and seconds you want. You spin the dial like wheel of fortune to get what you need and pray it doesn’t take more than 3 minutes or carpal tunnel sets in.

A little new to me at first, but I quickly learned how to best utilize this Microwave. I know it has more power than my prior one, but I love the increased cooking speed. And it’s so roomy inside, which is beneficial. I am enjoying my new machine!

If you’re tired of number pads then this one is for you. Turn the dial effortlessly to the desired time and push to begin. The autocook button at the top of the option pad warms the food to the perfect temperature and shuts off. Powerful microwave!

Looks good and cooks food well. Bottom sticks a little. I wish they made microwaves that opened on the other side (door). But other than that being annoying for my space it’s been 6 months and I’m still happy with it!
