The Microwave is built well, but is not as intuitive as our previous model. It has a nice "feel" to it, as being better built than most. We're not liking that the timer can only be set in 5 second increments. The other annoying part is having to turn the dial to set the time, rather than just punching in the time.

Bought for my kids to heat up food while im at work. We all love how easy it is to use. Best microwave ive ever owned and the price was great too!

Besides how large it is, it does a great job. Heats up your food in flash.

It is the easiest control panel to use. Love the dial that dials the minutes in 30 second increments. Love the 30 second fast button. Perfect size and nice looking. Works good but keep the instruction booklet handy if you want to use the childproof feature or set the clock. Also like the brightness of the big numbers to see the time set snd the clock.

We bought the Panasonic 1.3 cu. ft microwave from BestBuy. We close to buy from BestBuy was because of the knowledge able provided by Bestbuy and friendly service. We were replacing a old microwave and we were looking for a sturdy microwave with a good design ,moderate cost And enough watts for our needs. The Panasonic microwave filled in all our requirements.

Microwave very potent I love the dial so you can more precisely select time without having to push all these little buttons.

Love my new microwave. Read up on Consumer reports before my purchase and Best Buy had a good price and very convenient for me. I would have preferred a wall mounted oven but doing some renovations in my kitchen and couldn’t accommodate it. Maybe my husband can put somewhere else in my kitchen so it doesn’t take up the counter space.

Door opening is an issue for 86 year old woman (my wife) spring for release latch is hard to push. Moisture accumulates in the oven and on the glass door while cooking and remains when finished cooking. The so called sensor cooking is an unsolved mystery in our house as we make no sense out out of the instructions. S Wo far (two weeks) it operates ok. Much smaller turntable and oven than the old one we had which was also an 1100 watt microwave that we used for 25 plus years. That one was a kenmore (most likely mfd. by whirlpool.

I have always been using Panasonic products. This microwave is simple to use, heats up quickly, and has a large capacity!

Open the box. Microwave and great condition. No dents works great. Haven’t had any issues. Definitely recommend.

It’s works great and also it’s a perfect size, had a same brand before and it last me 10 years. So I decided to buy the same brand cause it’s worth it!!.

Works perfect , but hard to understand programming and running it .I can't figure out if child lock is on or off ? I try taking it off and does not effect any differing operation of it ? And door closes like the plastic is slamming into the metal and will eventually fail , along with the darn door open button . You would think if they put so much crap into the electrical part that the mechanical stuff would be better designed . I cook by turning the knob for amount of time then pushing in to start , and thats all i need , I think i will put my old unit back in house and store it as a back up for when this one fails . I bought it on line not in person , If i saw how it was made i would have passed on buying it .

Micro isn't as powerfull as I wished. Defrost takes longer then my old one. WaRMING UP A COLD MEAL I WOULD HAVE TO ADD ANOTHER MINUTE. THOUGH THE SIZE IS PERFECT AND THE OVEN IS VERY EASY TO CLEAN.
