The door release button requires a fair amount of force, and I wish it had a number pad. But it is large so you can use full-size plates or larger items. You use the dial to set the duration, like most toaster ovens. But is very intuitive and logical. Dials, which are conceptually analogue, have been removed from most digital devices these days, its a shame because they make sense for may use cases.

Still looks brand new. Can fit big plates and the UI is super easy to use. Love the turn dial to set the time instead of typing in numbers. Feels expensive but it isn’t! Great product
