We have had no problems a time all. Cooks very evenly but I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have touch cook on the numbers. That's my only issue.

Purchased this panasonic microwave for my new residence, and I am not disappointed. It fits well in a small kitchen, and complement other appliance.

Decent interior dimensions and good power. It gets the job done well for the price. Not a huge fan of the interface compared to some other brands

Heats and reheats fast and evenly. I haven't used the sensor settings much at all, haven't needed to. The only downside is that you have to repeatedly push the power button to decrease the power from ten, but that's not really so bad.

I assumed a microwave would have a light inside. Every microwave I have had afforded that feature. I called Panasonic's help line, and the info on their automated system was wrong, it has not been updated. I wish I was still within the return window to return this one and get a better one.

Our Sharp, which had given years of great service, up and died. We took it to electronic waste and rushed to Best Buy where we had bought it. None of that breed to fit the space, so we went with the Panasonic--yeah, it cooks and de-frosts but screams all the way and clunks open and shut with no light, except that dim, shaded thing when it's operating. Ugh.

Purchased this Microwave as the previous one gave out. Can tell the difference right away in the quality as it heats pretty good and fast!

Simple to use, work great. Love it. Highly recommend it. Used to have the same one before for so many years and it was still working perfectly. Bought a new one just because I was remodeling and I wanted a new microwave.

This is the only microwave that would fit the space I have. It appears to be the highest oower in the smallest physical size.

We wanted another Panasonic because our first one lasted forever. This one is same outside dimensions as our old one but is smaller inside. Keyboard is much more difficult to use, #'s harder to see, keyboard membrane is way to hard to push and drive motor and fan assembly sound like they are under sized for this device when starting! It is not the quality we have come to expect from Panasonic products.

Love that it heats up really good! Although, it has a smaller capacity space than I had anticipated, but still works out for us.

Works exactly as you'd expect, and is a good price. I wish I had looked for a model with illumined buttons for night use when I don't want to turn on the light in the kitchen, but this works perfectly as described.

As a fervent non microwave person, aging problems caused me to purchase one. I could not have made a better choice. And believe it or not taking 12 minutes instead of an hour to prepare meals is indeed a pleasure!

My only complaint is that the door latch takes some effort. Almost enough tp push it off the counter. Otherwise good unit

I have only had this product for a little while, but so far everything is working well. I will see what the future holds.

The microwave has a good look, fits well in the space I have, and heats what needs to be heated. My only issue is with the visibility of the food while I'm heating it. The reviews I read warned me but I didn't realize how bad it was (even with the interior light). So, my point being, with all the choices out there, if given the chance, I would make a different one. It really is that annoying.

I needed a new microwave and this thing works perfectly. I love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for one.

Our microwave was getting old and rusty and we decided to replace it with a smaller one. This one has sensor reheat and actually cooks faster than our old one which had more watts. Very satisfied with purchase.
