Read the reviews and once We saw this unit in the store we decided to purchase it. The features on this unit are great for the price. The only con to this unit is it does not have a light come on with the door open.

I had a cheap microwave that I have for many years that I bought from Home Depot. It started taking a long time to heat up. I found a decent sized microwave at Best Buy. It's sleek and doesn't pull a lot of power.

Normally my dad goes with Panasonic because it's a trusted brand, but with this microwave the quality and functionality was lacking - as others have mentioned, the buttons need to be pressed very hard, and there's no interior light when you open the door! Disappointing overall, so he returned it for a different brand.

Bought this for the office to replace one that gave out after almost 10 years... so far no complaints and only 1 comment that it's stronger than the old one (even thought the old one was a higher wattage).

Wish that there as an interior light that went on when I open the door. Also slides around on the counter a bit.

We wanted a simple microwave to replace our 18 year old one that broke. We also didn’t want to pay much. I found this one and got an extra surprise when we picked it up and price was reduced!

We have limited space in our kitchen with a built in shelf for the Microwave. It fits perfectly and works excellent.

The only thing I do not like about this microwave is that the light inside does not come on when you open the door.

We had a Panasonic before and it lasted 15 years so when it died we immediately looked for another Panasonic. We love the rotating turntable and the ease of use in general. Even though this is 1100 watts (our other one was 1300) we found we needed less time for cooking and heating. The all black color looks great on our dark granite counter too. Definitely a best buy!!

We needed a microwave that would serve three people who use the microwave differently. This perfect for us.

Haven't had problems with my microwave had it for about 6 months now and everything is working good till this day.

The microwave works great. I thought it was going to be to big but it was the perfect size for my small kitchen.

Our old Panasonic microwave was playing out after 15 years. This new one has many more features and more powerful. (1100w VS 1000w). It operates very quietly and is just the right size for us.

Cycle changes microwave in operation a noisemaker when cycles change! Other than that works acceptable!

Works great. Cooked potatoes using the auto sense as well as reheated casseroles. Only problem was getting used to cooking popcorn burned three bags before getting time right.

This microwave was a gift for my inlaws. It's easy to use and cspable of heating up a variety of items.

wanted a microwave that I could just shut the door and push the button to go and this one does just that. do not have to program each time. some things you just want to pop in.

I needed a microwave oven to replace one that had recently quit working. Reviewed many sizes and brands and finally chose the Panasonic. I am very happy with this microwave.
