Great microwave! Its a little smaller than our previous one and works better! Our old one blew up on the inside. The price for what we paid vs value is def. well expected. But then again everything i have ever bought from best buy has been a good product.

I needed a replacement full-power microwave with turntable for my very, very small kitchen. This has been perfect since it’s almost the same size as my old Kenmore; the controls seem well-designed. Prepared foods have been cooking at the low end of the indicated time ranges, which means the unit is performing to its power specifications. It would be nice if it had a “beverage” heating button like my old microwave, because I used that far more often than the “popcorn” button. And since my kitchen is older, a slightly longer power cord would have been nice.

I am happy with the product. It is quiet and work as expected. The full power really help with the cooking. The only thing I was surprised it didn't light up when the door was opened.

It has all the features in a compact size to fit on our counter. My only negative is the button to open the door is so tight if you don’t hold on to the unit the whole unit moves.

We like the color and shape and performance. Fits perfect in our kitchen.

I recently nuked some oatmeal on my old microwave oven. It made a loud noise. I assume that it was either the turntable motor or the turntable gear going bad. I looked on the back of the old microwave oven & there was a label indicating that it had been manufactured in December 1989! It had lasted for over 27 years! I googled the model number of the old microwave oven hoping to find out the specifications or download the manual. No luck. It's that old. I did find the manual of the old microwave oven in the kitchen. It has a capacity of 0.6 cubic feet & a power output of 500 watts. Since I needed a new oven, I decided to spend extra & get a bigger as well as a more powerful one. I keep overcooking! This one has a capacity of 1.3 cubic feet & a power output of 1,100 watts. It doesn't take up much more space on the kitchen countertop than the old one.

microwave is a little noisy, the numbers are hard to pus, really have to press hard. Door opener takes two hands. other than that it works fine with quick even cooking and heating.

This microwave has been great. Blends right in with the counter and stainless steel appliances. Great size and plenty of heating power. Easy to use and has worked well for over two years.

This is a basic microwave oven with decent power. I like the size and it looks nice. I don’t use it for cooking meals. The price was great.

This is a decent microwave with a turntable. It has a 30 second button and the usual extras (Popcorn, Defrost, etc). I don't like the fact that the 30 second button doesn't start the microwave, you have to press it, then press start which kind of defeats the purpose of a dedicated button (though it does add 30 seconds to an existing time which is handy). The buttons are hard to press sometimes. The turntable doesn't seem to have a consistent turn interval (my last microwave would take exactly 10 seconds to make one revolution). These are all fairly minor things, though, and on the whole it works well.

Bought two of these and love them so far. They are easy to operate and have a nice solid feel to them. Large enough to get most plates and cookware in. Heat up evenly and cooks food fast.

It's a good product and it's cheap. Been using it for few months now

We replaced our larger microwave and this has been great. It works as well as our larger unit with more bells and whistles and we have more counter space.

This is a very good microwave. It has 1300 watts so works fast. I like the nice stainless steal and black design. The one thing I noticed is the light is only on during cooking.

I have the small microwave before and always not enough power to server the food hot. this one is really good the food is just good enought to make hot. I think this microwave is excellent.

This microwave is lovely and makes the kitchen prettier. It heats up really fast even with less time. I’ve looked at many places and this one was at the right price and appearance. Really basic easy touch directions.

Great Value, looks great, easy to use with great features for this price range. Only in use a few weeks and works great. If long term quality is built in this product it will be a winner!

Good size good color easy interface. What more could you want?
