It's not bad for the price. It heats up food fast and easy to use. I bought it on sale because the other one the same size was $100 more. The negatives are no light inside and the covering over the buttons started peeling within a month.

I purchased this unit because it matched my other kitchen appliances. When I tried it, I quickly found out just how powerful this thing really is. It does a great job of heating stuff, but watch your food even when using the presets. It will heat up things really quick. The turn table is steady and sturdy. Clean up on the inside if you spill something is easy.

The microwave works well. I would have preferred inverter technology but my wife didn't care; she did want the sensor technology which this one has. We didn't want a larger microwave so this was a good value and works very well. Turntable motor is quieter than our old microwave.

Frankly, I don't normally review anything. Since my opinion is mine, based on MY experience. . . . .YMMV normally. However, I just made the purchase at Best Buy of the Panasonic - 1.3 Cu. Ft. Mid-Size Microwave - Stainless steel/black/silver to replace a GE model that arc'd over. I owned the GE model for maybe 9 years - it was fairly bigger than the Panasonic. My new one worked out of the box and had NO physical flaws at all. Best Buy did pretty good wading through the myriad of choices available to me to let me focus on my choice in the end. Good money spent for a great product . . . . . . . YMMV Really easy to function, no lightweight in the power level department. Operation is fairly quiet.

This model is more powerful, but noisier and door is harder to open. It also slides a bit on counter when I open and close it. Light goes off immediately as soon as I open door, before I can get the casserole out which is not so good. So far works fine. Mostly I use it to reheat my coffee, tea, soup, thaw and reheat leftovers and cooled off supper meal. Loved my previous model but it was 14 years old and finally just gave up. This one is not an improvement.

I had to purchase a microwave due to my in cabinet, above the stove, microwave failing. It's a Kenmore at that. This Panasonic mid-size fit perfect into my kitchen apace and is perfect cosmetically as well as being very easy to use. At 1100 watts of power for the price I paid, it was a no brainer purchase.

Very good microwave. High powered and lots of preprogrammed options for cooking, defrosting, reheating and keeping warm. Only drawback is once you get past 1 minute on the timer control it only adjusts in 10 second intervals. Would prefer to be able to set timer in 1 second intervals. Also the interior light is very dime

What can I say it is a nice mid size microwave. Wish I had ckecked online first. Small selection on display. This was the best deal in this size. They did not have white on display , wanted white, setteled for stainless. Paid extra for stainless, have to clean fingerprints every time I use it. Was not about to pack it up and exchange it aftering finding out white was in stock. Push button to open door is a bit stiff. End up pushing microwave when opening door. Unit is fairly light which adds to the problem

Our microwave is involved in a lot of our cooking, so we have come to a set of likes / dislikes. This machine hits all the likes; our only dislike - the door tends to swing wide open if not latched closed between uses (we like to keep the door ajar to help air out). Our likes - nothing fancy: easy to use, flexibility with cooking options, and getting the job done. And, because of our frequent use, in an open plan house, the unit is noticeably quieter than our previous Panasonic; icing on the cake. Kudos to the Best Buy web site and floor folks for helping us with the decision and sale.

Control pad is intuitive which attracted us to it, however, once purchased we realize it takes quite a bit of force on the touchpad to activate the commands. Just takes a little getting used to but has been a challenge for the 92 year old in the house who uses it the most! Generously sized, however not as deep as our previous machine and doesn't look like it could hold a 9x13 baking dish. Lighting is good and operation is fine. Easy to clean. A bit heavy, so get some help with moving it.

Microwave works fine. Missing a few extras. Can’t run the microwave and use the timer simultaneously. No light while things are cooking. Price was right though for what you get. I would but again.

Nice microwave for price. Only thing is the light doesn't come on when you open the door so you can see whats inside. It works when cooking though.

I like it for the size and options, but the buttons are hard to depress. Takes a lot of effort to change settings.

This microwave has 1100 watts of power and is the perfect size to heat all of my food products from TV Dinners to reheating pizza slices. It even has a setting to heat my microwave popcorn. This product works well and is worth purchasing!

Best Buy had many brands and models in stock and on display. We narrowed it down quickly and with help of BB staff choose this model. The staff were very helpful. The microwave is quieter than the old machine it replaced and also seems to perform better. Right size for the location in the kitchen too. We did want to get a "inverter type" and this machine satisfied that requirement. All in happy.

I needed a new microwave and wanted something bigger than a little one. The Panasonic is perfect size. It will cook what I need and is easy to use. It also looks really good on my counter.

I recently moved and needed a replacement microwave since my previous was built in. I decided to base my purchase on price/size/brand in that order. For what I paid this is an OK microwave without bells and whistles. I wish the light would come on when you open the door and I wish there were more one touch timer buttons.

My original microwave died and I checked out this model and several others. It has several great features and was easy to use. Its not too big or small. It seems to be a popular model and I had to try a few locations in order to get it. It was also on sale at a great and reasonable price.

The size of the cabinet and power of the microwave are great at this price point. The only suggestion for the manufacturer is that the force required to push the button to open the door moves the microwave too easily. Either soften the push force required to open the door or increase the weight of the oven to allow it to stay still.

Bought it yesterday and so far so good. I just wish the light turns on when you open the door instead of when it’s running. It’s kind of odd and I’m not sure why they decided to make it like that, the other this is they should have put a handle on it instead of the push door release to open it, otherwise it does what it’s supposed to and it has nice features that my old microwave didn’t have. I just hope this one lasts !!
