Super powerful and compact so you can store well in small office. That said, nice size for meals.

Microwave is the perfect size and very powerful!!!

This microwave is more compact than the previous one we had. However it definitely is more powerful. Shorter cooking times which I love.. Have had no problems but it does pay not to assume it's just like the old one when cooking popcorn. Didn't read the directions and popcorn burned. Lesson learned - read the directions on the machine. Every thing else I have cooked or just warmed has come out perfectly.

Been using this microwave for a full year every day and it is still working. THe heat up feature is great. You do not need a lot of time to truly heat up your food. Great buy.

After several false starts to replace our broken microwave — including one rogue model that burned everything and then another that only allowed 15 second increments — selected this model and am very happy. It gets a workout since we are doing Jenny Craig, so lots of frozen foods at every meal. Easy to use and clean up inside not too bad. Even heating.

Size is small enough to fit most areas and has plenty of power for it's size.

It's met all my and my family's expectations. Moreover, it's easy to clean; even easier than the prior models I have used both at home and at work. I highly recommend this model to anyone, even my professional colleagues if not in search of a high volume commercial restaurant use Microwave where the door tends to be repeatedly slammed during peak hours.

My old microwave died after 17 years and I was looking for a replacement that was the same size and style. This new one has been a bit of a challenge to get used to with all its automatic cooking options. But I'm finding it works well and when I let it automatically cook a chicken breast it's rather good!

The only reasons I gave this 4 stars is due to a few small things that that are irritating. - The door slams closed, even with minimal pressure. - The buttons take a lot of pressure to activate. - You have to hit START, even for the 30 sec button. Otherwise...nice product.

Overall, the microwave seems pretty durable. It is a little light-weight and when you push the button to open the door, the microwave moves on the counter. My only real complaint is that it doesn't have the one-touch cook feature that many microwaves have...like press 1 for 1 minute...2 for 2 minutes...etc.

Works well and fast large inside for big items. Can’t go wrong for the price
