Gets the jobs done

Has everything you need!

It does everything you need it to do nothing more or less. Just wish when you pressed the 30 seconds it would go automatically but with this one you have to push the 30secs button and then start. Overall you truly get what you pay for, it is worth it.

Good size for kitchen countertop.

Didn't actually intend to get the exact same model, but I am ok with that. Does the job well enough for the price. We use it multiple times every day, and happy with it.

No 1-touch cook, possible carousel issue

At first I thought that the glass dish wasn't sitting flat, but when I checked everything appeared fine. It only happens every now and then, so I'm not sure what it is yet. I've used defrost, popcorn (this button has burnt every bag of popcorn on every microwave I've ever used -why can't anyone get that right?), sensor cook and keep warm features. The reason I got this unit is because it was one of the few models that didn't start automatically when you touched a low number. My young son almost burnt the house down when he pressed "60" on the previous microwave I bought. He thought it would cook for 1 minute, but then he walked away and got distracted. He came back to a kitchen filled with black smoke and melted plastic toxic fumes.

An emergency purchase

This was an emergency purchase after the previous unit was fried by a teenager who set his mac and cheese cup for 33 minutes instead of 3 minutes, and then walked away. Thankfully, this one was on sale. Easy to operate, wish the defrost feature worked better.
