The microwave heats really well. The only difference I noticed in comparison to my previous microwave is the light doesn't turn on upon opening the door for the Panasonic. If that isn't a deal breaker for you then this a good choice.

I like the microwave only thing is takes little too long to warm up

Longevity is the only issue. Will not know this for several years.

So far everything has been working well. Only thing is when you open the door, the inside light does not turn on (not sure if thats whats supposed to happen) but the light turns on inside when the unit it running.

The turntable on this microwave failed after 3 weeks. Of course Best Buy does not take returns after 2 weeks. Panasonic does provide a warranty for 1 year parts and labor-great deal except the nearest repair facility is an hour and a half drive from Dallas. My other option is to ship the unit and I pay for it. Best Buy sells a lot of Panasonic product, why won't they take care of this?

originally we purchased a similar model in December 2015. We also purchased the two year geek squad protection. Good thing we did, the unit only lasted a little over a year. We've had the newer model for a little over six months. So far it's worked very well. It has more functions and features than the previous version. The previous unit seemed to burn or over cook items. We have not had that problem with this model. With any small appliance, the geek squad protection is definitely worth the extra money. I figured they would have tried to repair the old one. They gave me the money back to get a new one. Very simple no hassle process.

I bought this based on the price and reviews... Without the handle it closes loud. I have a infant so late nights and a loud microwave is a no go. There's no light inside as others said. It only comes on when running. No led panel so you can't see the keypad in the dark. And there's no quick timing buttons(press 1 for 1 minute, etc). That feature comes in handy for my other children. I returned it and bought a more expensive one with all the features. It's not bad, just wasn't right for my family.

With the pandemic raging, my microwave died and I was forced to get a new one. The one I wanted was only available a month out - maybe- from one retailer. SO...I ended up with this one. I think it is noisy. Has less power than my former machine. Smaller, but others were too big and took too much counter space. The light only comes on when something is cooking. Who doesn't make a light that comes on when the door opens??? The touted inverter cooking technology seems to simply mean that the food cooks bottom up vs. inside out. The button to open the door is very stiff and I'm betting will break sooner than later. The manual is not specific to this machine, so you have to try to figure out what applies to the machine you bought. In a non-pandemic world, I would have purchased a different machine, but I use my microwave more than any other appliance in my kitchen and couldn't wait a month to get a new one and couldn't go in person to see what I was buying. It reheats the coffee and food. Just takes longer.

Bought this particular microwave cause it was the right size, on sale (matched internet prices) and it was Panasonic. Good standard carousel type unit without all the bells and whistles to drive up the price. Works great.

Microwave fit great in the space we had for it. Love the ease of cleaning it. The defrost button should be easier to operate but I'm getting used to it. Not everything is by the lb.

Great Microwave! I am very happy with the look and power of this product its bigger than I thought it would be which is great my old microwave was much smaller, but it was 700w so there was some adjusting but it worked out fine.

Looks great, fits on cabinet well. Only complaint is the buttons are a bit hard to press. Also the cycle does not start without hitting start, which isn't a problem but not what I'm used to. Great all around microwave though.

Purchased this while my wife was on vacation and she was surprised that it was so large. It's a bit large for our limited counter space, but we kept it anyway. It serves it purpose well!

We had a need for a counter top microwave so we purchased this Panasonic as it was the perfect size given our limited countertop space. It has most of the important features and is designed nicely. Time will tell but looks like a great purchase.

This is a replacement for my previous microwave. It is very easy to work, keypad is self explanatory that anyone can use without even reading the instruction booklet. The reason that I purchased this particular one is that it was the same as my old one which was 11 years old.

I am pleased with my Panasonic microwave. Only wish that when you open the door a light would go on. This does not have that feature. When cleaning it, its hard to see inside. Light goes on when the microwave is running

This replaced a defective unit I purchased elsewhere. I learned my lesson, buy at Best Buy...

Used to over range with interior light which this lacks. A bit of learning curve to time heated food just right. Has done an acceptable job cooking and warming pizza and leftovers.
