I'm very happy with this purchase. This is a fairly basic microwave - I didn't want to spend money on bells and whistles that I'll never use. This is that microwave. Simple to use. Works well. No issues. I definitely recommend.

More power and convenience of sensor cooking. You must touch the exact areas on the pad for action. Larger capacity on the inside and respect Panasonic and Best Buy products.

Nice microwave that heats really good but the only thing I find wrong with it is the light does not come on when the door opens. Kinda dark putting your food in it

Nothing deserves 5 stars, so with that said I am very satisfied so far with this microwave. It is really powerful and the features are there as expected with all microwaves. The button likes a firm push to open the door. The door operation feels really solid as if of quality. Or maybe my last microwave door was just worn already. The keypad also needs to be pressed firmly to set the cook time and what not. Again I’m comparing it to my 10 year old microwaves key pad. And again this keypad feels of quality. All in all I got this microwave on sale which was an added plus, however I would definitely recommend this item to a friend. Even at regular price.

I was a little disappointed that it doesn't come on instantly when you hit the 30 second button and you can't add additional 30 seconds while its running as you can on my Whirlpool. I don't think you can do much better without spending a lot more. I haven't tried many of the functions yet, but what I have tried worked fine. The ring under the turntable is a tan color instead of white, which seems kind of drab and inconsistent with the otherwise sleek appearance, but that's trivial.

Works great, cooks evenly, 1100 watt output, great features - we use the sensor reheat, one touch '30second' button, & jet-defrost features regularly. Quality unit (we have a prior model that's been our only microwave, served us well for years).

This is a great microwave. I had a previous Panasonic for approx. 19 years and it finally quit, this is why I selected a new Panasonic microwave. Would recommend.

The microwave look is beautiful, I have a big family so sometimes need to warm up larger dishes, this microwave is big enough for those larger dishes. I have no trouble. Great for a bigger family.

This microwave has 1100 Watts of power and it does make a difference in how quickly it cooks food. The Stainless exterior looks very nice and the light gray color on its sides blend in nicely with the surroundings. Couldn't be happier!

I like this microwave. I feel that it is safe to use. I like the fact that it is lighted when in use, I can see my food when it is running. (Would be nice if the buttons on the outside lite up as well.). Easy to use.

I am not disapointed in the least with this. The only thing I don't like is that the controls don't light up and I have to have a light on to use. Is simple to use.

This is a basic microwave but it fit the cabinet we had to put it in. So far it is working well, there is no interior light and the buttons are not touch screen, they are actual buttons under the flat surface.

The only time the light is on in the microwave is when it is heating the product. There is no light when you open the door.

So a few months back I got my own apartment and was looking for a microwave. I like the finer things in life but in reality I can't afford it. I have the space for a bigger microwave but I decided to go with this one, and I gotta tell you this bad boy heats up things faster than you would think, at least from my experiences with other microwaves alike and smaller. I'm old enough that I'm tired to lived with people so I got my own place and i'm really happy with the things I've gotten from Best Buy this being one of them.

Bought this to replace much more expensive convection oven/microwave. Since this Panasonic microwave’s only job is to microwave, it does great. Actually better than expensive convection/microwave. Easy to set; cooks evenly.

I am happy with my new Panasonic mid-size microwave. The different features make it easy to use. Looks good and fits well into the area that it sits in.

Glad I bought the Panasonic microwave. It is larger than I thought it would be, but I am glad it isn't smaller because it is the perfect size. It works great, and I hope I get years of service out of it.
