This is a great microwave so far. Easy to use controls and powerful. Looks good on countertop, very happy with purchase so far. Best Buys curbside pick up was the best one we have used so far, really helpful people, quick and no hassle. Thank you to all the staff!

It does what it supposed to do. The part I don't like is the buttons. I need to press hard on them to work. There is no light when the door is open. That should be standard but I can live with that one. But not the hard to press button. That is a flaw in design.

It was easy to set up and get it going. Plenty of room and more powerful than my old microwave. I liked the option to order online and pickup in the store. Made it much easier to shop for it.

This microwave has been great and performed well. My only complaint is over time the plastic over the most used buttons has seemingly stretched and doesn’t look good. Other than that, zero problems and heats fast.

The death of our much-beloved GE microwave seriously bummed us out. After much searching, we found this Panasonic that fit our space and had almost as much power as the GE. The price (substantially less than $200) was about the same as our GE had been. Control panel options are adequate, if not as numerous as the GE. But, once we got used to punching buttons in different locations, we found this machine works quite well. We do miss the defrost button and following the defrost by weight has resulted in over-defrosted (slightly cooked) meat. The GE signaled time to turn over a slab of defrosting meat-a nice feature. We've only had it for a few weeks, but it seems that it will be more than adequate for our needs.

This Microwave has all the power you need to cook and reheat your meals. It's big enough to put larger portions to cook or reheat. The Stainless Steel look matches my other Kitchen appliances.It also has different power levels to suit your cooking needs!

My last microwave lasted forever and I loved it. With this oven My biggest complaint is that there is no light inside the oven when you open the door. Since the control panel is black it would be good to have the panel light up to help make selections. I now have to turn on lights to see what I am doing where I didn't have to with the old one. Also it requires a lot more effort to open and close the door and the control buttons are not sensitive enough so I fumble around to touch the buttons in just the right area. It does fine with heating and cooking and looks nice. Fingerprints are easily visible too.

I bought this for my father. He loves it. It easy for him to use. It fits perfectly on counter and big enough to fit a dinner plate, the wattage is great and cooks quickly. I would buy another one if needed and recommend the brand highly

Purchased this for my Mom , who is a big microwave user. She fell in love with this particular one because it’s midsize, and powerful to boot . Works on everything from coffeee reheats to her microwave popcorn with ease of use and easy to utilize touch buttons.

My wife & I swear by Panasonic microwaves. She had one when we first moved in together, now 32+ years later we just bought our fourth. We'd probably still be on our third, but one died when we were moving. Panasonic microwaves have plenty of power, lots of settings and are well made. This time we opted for the mid-size model, since we didn't want to take up as much counter space. The stainless exterior with black accents looks good with all of our other appliances. Our previous Panasonic microwave (a larger model) lasted 10 years. Bear in mind, we use our microwave a lot. Several times a day, for thawing, reheating, cooking, beverages, etc. We can't recommend Panasonic microwaves enough. Ten years or so from now we'll probably be buying another one.

After looking at several microwaves for our kids’ first home, we settled on this one. Great quality for the price! The kids wanted something that was small enough for their counter but functional for heating soups and leftovers- this fit the bill! We highly recommend this product in the market for a new microwave.

The Panasonic 1.3 Cu. Ft Microwave is an overall good microwave that has the typical features you find on most microwaves. The unit is very light and the buttons need to be pressed fairly hard to get them to register which can cause the unit to slide around. We found putting a rubber mat under the unit very helpful and maybe something behind it as well to prevent it from sliding around. Overall we are pleased with this unit and the price was fair for the size and features and we have adapted from a much larger microwave to this mid-sized microwave. Overall a good microwave for a mid-sized unit.

This microwave is a perfect size and cooks well and consistent. Has the power to satisfy and properly cook foods that recommend 1100 watt microwave. This oven has one major and inexcusable design flaw. The light does not come on when the door is opened. it is on during cooking only! This can be unnecessarily inconvenient under many circumstances.

This microwave is better than we could have imagined. it's size is perfect for almost everything.It's quiet, it's user friendly and it look very nice in our kitchen and the price was nothing but Outstanding.

I had to purchase a new microwave because my roommate melted the turning gear on my other one. I was looking for at least the same capacity with a reasonable price. The only drawback to this microwave is that it seems louder then my other one, I think because the housing rattles a little.

Nothing complicated — easy to understand and use. Power is perfect for all the recipes and recommended times on products — no under- or over-cooking. Size is good for countertop use and it has a sleek modern look.
