The buttons really are hard to push and have no tactile feedback so you really need to press the buttons. Also the door opener button is excessively hard to open the door so you better have the unit back against the wall otheise it will slide around.

I can pop in a frozen Tamale and hit sensor reheat and a few minutes later, it is perfectly hot all the way through. I wish the quick 30 seconds button actually started the microwave though. You have to hit quick 30 and then start too.

I particularly like the quick 30 second button and the sensor reheat setting. The only issue I have, which may be normal for all microwaves: when I put a flat bacon holder in with 4 strips side by side, the outer ones cook faster than the inner ones, so half way through the cycle I have to stop and rearrange them.

I choose this appliance as a close replacement in size and power rating. I got it home and found the "MORE and LESS" buttons did not work. I returned it and got another of same model, and the same buttons don't work on this one either. Disappointing, but otherwise the unit works well. Recommend with this caution.
