Sorry but you’ve dropped the ball on this microwave. The interior lamp only comes on when cooking begins?? Cannot give a 5 star with having to deal with no lighting while loading or unloading food. Definitely needs to fix that issue !

Good value for the money. Works well, clean look etc.

Nice oven with small foot print. Heats water in 1 minute.

Sadly, Panasonic quality isn't what it used to be. Our previous Panasonic microwave lasted over 20 years. This one lasted 3.5 years and had to be replaced. Thankfully, we bought the extended warranty from BB, and they replaced it with a newer model of our choice without a fuss. I gave it 3 stars because we liked the way it worked and looked, and would have given it 5 stars, but deducted 2 stars for the disappointing reliability.

operates well, easy to clean. Only issue is the control panel is little dim if the kitchen lighting is poor (as in my apartment). Could use some panel backlighting there. Like the 'QUICK 30 SECONDS" feature.

I wish the inside was larger. When I was shopping for one I was looking primarily for total size and the number of watts. I never thought to look at the cubic inches of the inner cooking area. My mistake.

Our GE microwave went out after 10 years and we shopped for a replacement. This Panasonic was a great value with all the features we would ever need. Wattage is great fro fast cooking. Stainless in this price range was a plus too! Very pleased with this purchase!

Like the loud beeping noise it makes when microwaving is complete, cant forget I have something in microwave :o) Bought it On Sale, a little pricey if not On Sale.

This microwave is a great addition to the kitchen. It works like its suppose to and I dont find myself putting food back in cause it didnt get warm. This is proper for those instructions on a frozen dinner. I use it everyday and its held up nice after a year and still looks new!

I miss the easy buttons for defrosting meat on my old panasonic. I do like the reheat button and my popcorn button. I also like that I do not have to hit the reset button when my items done cooking.

Overall like the microwave and fits nicely on my counter. Only complaint is the key pad is touchy and you must hit the numbers exactly for them to work.

Heats good perfectly , not stainless but use a Clorox wipe and cleans everything off. Doesn’t stain or leave mark after cleaning with the wipe like others.

Only owned it for a month but The leg on the front of the microwave is uneven, don't see on manual how to fix it. For now I've placed a cardboard underneath that leg. i will update my review if microwave has bigger issues

My 10 year old microwave died and bought this one as a replacement. Quality microwave and stainless steel finish matched my other appliances even though the brand is different. Have had it for 6 months and no complaints.
