Great microwave. Cooks evenly and quickly. Has a "30 second" button which can be hit more than once to increase cooking times. Only complaint is interior light doesn't come on when you open the door, comes on when operating.

I like my microwave. This is my third one. I have tried several different brands but I like this one . It is reliable and very easy to use. I use it in my restaurant and this brand seems to last longer and is more reliable than most. It is used a lot.

Like it better then the 6 year old Panasonic it replaced. Don't really need to read the manual for most things you want to do. Door easily shuts, this time, and the touch buttons don't need a lot a pressure - great! Heats food really great and LOVE the 30 second button.

No bells, no whistles, the price was right and we have a new microwave. The only issue I have is that the inside light does not turn on when the door opens.

This is a great Microwave in both "size" and "ease-of-use". My purchase was to replace my older Sharp Microwave. Since this is a counter-top model, 4-things needed to be met: Size, power, looks, and ease-of-use. This Microwave met all of my needs and it looks and runs great

Love the microwave except defrost feature is not as easy to use as others I have had in the past. Would still recommend it.

This was a gift for my 92 year old Mom. She loves it. The salesman at Best Buy suggested this microwave, because you can read the controls a little easier than some of the other models. She said it does a great job and is easy to figure out.

We use the microwave only for reheating food and we do it several times a day. The fancy cooking features are of no use to us. The only good thing I can say about this oven is that it adequately does the basic job of heating food. It leaves a lot to be desired in the usability category. 1. We could not find a way to turn its beeps off. This is important to us because it is used when some members of our household are sleeping 2. The function of the "more" and "less" buttons is counter-intuitive. They are active only in a small number of modes and we do not use those modes. The intuitive way would have been that you could increase or reduce the time using those buttons at any time - even after you had hit the start button. Once the oven is started, the only thing you can do is add 30 seconds by hitting "quick 30" 3. The "quick 30" button also does not function as many other microwaves ovens do. In this oven, quick 30 gives you 30 seconds but you have to hit "start" for the oven to actually start. In other ovens that I have used, the "quick x" button immediately starts the oven.

Panasonic makes the best microwave at the lowest cost. It evenly cooks any plate of food. I highly recommend.

Bought and had to return and exchange within the first week. Would start running when the door was opened. Second one is working as it should. Still trying to work out the correct power level. Heating up a bowl of soup and the bowl is scalding hot but soup barely warm. Would have ranked higher if not needing to return first one.

Microwave does very well warming and cooking food. Some complain that you have to click 2 buttons for quick 30 but that does not create a problem for me. Seems well made and sturdy as compared to my previous microwave. Love stainless steel color.

So far my family has enjoyed our new microwave. My daughter loves that it has a timer. She uses the timer all the time. I like the quick 30 second button.

After many years and countless reviews read, it was time to replace my old microwave. This one has more power and takes less time than my old one. It takes up less space and meets my needs perfectly.

Unit stopped working after 33 days. First person I spoke with at Best Buy told me I needed to go through Panasonic. They said I needed to get it serviced more than a hour away. They wanted me to pay for gas and time to drop off and pick up. No way. I would never buy Panasonic again from my experience with their customer care. Luckily I went with unit into the store and talked with a manager who plugged it in and saw it did not work. They gave me a new one. I hope this one lasts longer. Was happy with product when it worked. Best Buy service gets 5 stars, Panasonic 0 stars

This was for a client that purchased a home with me, I wanted a quality microwave and something that would match his new stainless kitchen. From what he has told me he is very happy with it and his guests have commented how nicely it stands out in the kitchen.

I got the microwave on sale so the price was good and a month in it works fine, except the carousel is rough. It should be silent but it has a grinding sound that I haven't had in previous microwaves.

Needing to replace my old Panasonic that had lasted nearly 10 years, there was no question about which brand to get. However, I was very disappointed once I set it up to learn the light inside only comes on when it's cooking. WHAT???? Even my oven door light comes on when the door is open. Also, who keeps the manual nearby to see what number to enter for a re-heat or sensor cook setting (FYI - the frozen food is #5). But it still doesn't even cook it all the way through. Hasn't Panasonic heard of AUTO Cook or AUTO Reheat? Panasonic - You let me down!
