sales person would not open box so we could see inside. It works fine, no problem, but there is no light when you open the door.

This microwave does a descent enough job heating the food, But the controls do not respond to what I feel is a normal touch. You have to be dead center and push a little harder than I had on my Sharp Carousel. It is also noisier than I would like, and the mechanism to open the door is cumbersome. It seemed like a great price for the specs, but I would not buy this model again.

We got the first microwave at the end of March. After 30 days, it died. Would not turn on or power up. Called Best Buy Customer Service and they immediately replaced it. The new one is working well. I understand some things get by quality control, but Best Buy is wiling to stand behind what it sells. And with that in mind, I am comfortable buying from them.

This is my second Panasonic microwave. I like it better than the first one. And I’m particularly pleased with the warranty replacement of the first one.

This microwave is just the right size for the wall opening that we have set in place for a microwave. It also is big enough to hole and turn large size casserole dishes.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She really likes it and has had no problems with the microwave. Really enjoys being able to defrost.

Nice clean look with stainless on the outside. Works great. Only fault is the alert beep is to quiet and can't be heard unless you are next to the microwave.

The microwave is less complicated than some new ones. The controls are perfect for the elderly. (No offense, anyone.) The outside package is small considering the 1.3cf capacity. Takes up 2-inches less counter space.

I replaced an old unit that was over twenty years old so it was low power and just a timer for controls. This new one does so much that I have yet to learn. Very good cooker. Got it on sale and CR ranked it high,

I'm not sure the product is as well made as my last microwave, it seems very light weight. However, it does seem to work and cook very fast!

Believe it or not, purchased this as a gift for my mom because she needed a microwave to heat up her coffee...no lies! She loves that it heats up her coffee, so that's a 5 star for me.

I had a microwave like this many years ago and it lasted it seems like forever. I definitely had to buy this for my son when his microwave that was given as a wedding gift broke down after just a few years. He wished he had been given a Panasonic.

Overall, we love how it heats food. My only concern is the main button to open and close the unit. As others have stated, it takes a bit to push it in.

Just replaced our over the stove microwave that we hated. This microwave will take space on the counter, but will no longer have to reach up over our heads to put something in the microwave.

Very powerful microwave. The sensor buttons are very hard to get registered. Have to repeatedly push a number to get it to work. Seems to be loosening up as it is being used.

Great value. works well. cooks fast and great popcorn.

I chose this model after seeing it in the store then reading reviews for several models. I liked the sturdy feel of the microwave and the way the door closed firmly. It has met my expectations for cooking food evenly and quickly.

If you expect to get a great product for a small amount of money it's not going to happen with this microwave. It does an adequate job.

The microwave sits nicely on my counter, kitty-corner into a corner. It warms faster than my previous over-range one that is 25 years old. The instructions that came with it are very detailed and easily understood.

I purchased this model to replace my old microwave. It is well worth the money paid., the auto cook options are amazing and the popcorn timer. I would reccomend this microwave anytime anywhere.
