Cook times have been pretty accurate. Miss a light coming on when the door is opened though. Used auto defrost several times and it also worked well.

We had the previous model of this microwave and there are small items they changed in the upgraded version. We purchased this one because the prior one performed so well and we were in a hurry to get the new one. Panasonic really needs to incorporate a light when you open the door and bring back the 1 minute button, not the 30 second button.

It's great! Really don't take long to heat things up or cook things in it. Totally awesome when you have teenagers and you don't want to cook,

Although the description states that this microwave has the inverter technology, it does not. We didn't open the box and exchanged the microwave the next day for one that has the inverter technology. I wish I would have read all the reviews because others had reported the error on the product description and would have saved me an extra trip out to the store.

Nice looking, faster than previous model I had. Easy to figure out how to use.

Sales clerk said the Panasonic was highly rated. Then he walked away and we never saw him again. Debated between an LG model. The Panasonic just seems cheaply made. My wife liked the size of the LG model for our shelf unit, however the controls were confusing to operate. Probably should have looked elsewhere at different models but I had a gift card.

Touch pad takes more effort to make it work than other microwaves

The Panasonic microwave oven works very well & does what it is suppose to do. No problems at all. Looks nice in my son's kitchen.

Works well, cooks evenly, simple to understand. Only complaint is that the power cord is terribly short, must be two feet.

i have owned for 6 months and i am very pleased. sensor settings work excellent. i would and have referred to friends.

Works well and smaller than my old one. Pleased with it.

Plug it in. Push some buttons. Wait for awhile (convenient that the numbers count down). Beep, beep, beep. Open door.

This item was a Christmas gift for my son. It was easy to carry since it has holes in the sides of the carton.

This microwave is a bit noisy especially when it starts up. But it heats food quickly and efficiently.

Lasted 1 year and 7 months. They just don't make microwaves to last these days...Put a cup of coffee in to heat and we could not turn the microwave off. We unplugged it for a few minutes and plugged it back in and still could not turn it off without unplugging it. It was a good thing we were standing there when it happened . Unplugged it and dumped it outside. We are pretty disappointed. This one was to replace a GE one that lasted all of 2 months before dying. We previously had one that lasted 15 years! Now I don't know what to buy!

Plenty of power. Does the job well. Doesn't seem to allow cooking and timer at the same time.
