They ruined the upgrade

We purchased this one because the prior one performed so well and we were in a hurry to get the new one. Panasonic really needs to incorporate a light when you open the door and bring back the 1 minute button, not the 30 second button.

We didn't open the box and exchanged the microwave the next day for one that has the inverter technology. I wish I would have read all the reviews because others had reported the error on the product description and would have saved me an extra trip out to the store.

Debated between an LG model. The Panasonic just seems cheaply made. My wife liked the size of the LG model for our shelf unit, however the controls were confusing to operate. Probably should have looked elsewhere at different models but I had a gift card.
