I've probably had three over time, but enough of other brands to know there's much more Panasonic could do for pennies in manufacturing cost. So here we are, 20 years later, and still has no light when you open the door, sounds loud when it's running, no backlight on the control panel, and the carousel deposits your cup of coffee on the opposite side with standard 10-sec intervals. But it looks good and it delivers an effective microwave performance.
