I use m/w for refreshing breads and pastries, softening butter, cooking rice, and reheating plates of food. Only the last, reheating, is obviously available on this machine. I tried to contact Panasonic to get better information but was shuffled off to a web site “JustAsk” which charged me and never answered my questions. Panasonic should be ashamed.

Good Product but Very Basic
