Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My microwave broke and if Sears was still in town I would have purchased another one from them, but I went to Best Buy to purchased the same size, powers and extras but it does not work nearly as well as the Sears one. Oh by the way on sale the Panasonic cost over $100 which I believe is not a cheap one but runs in the middle range.

Food burned and container looks like it started to melt. The carousal will continue to spin. Unplugging was the only way to stop. I would not leave this unit unattended.

I LIKE TO REHEAT ITEMS ON AN 8 SETTING BUT IF YOU PUT IN 8, IT JUST DOES WHATEVER FOR 8 SECONDS. YOU CANNOT SELECT 2 MIN AND THEN CHANGE FROM HIGHT TO REHEAT. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I returned this after about six months. Thank god I got the service plan.

It is just over a year old but it sat in the box for 8 months before we started using it so it really only has 4 months of use.

Had it repaired under warranty, same part (some electronic control) broke again in May 2020. Previous Panasonic microwave lasted many years so didn't get the BB warranty. Guess they don't make um like they used to so I won't be replacing it with another Panasonic. I will however get the BB warranty on my next microwave.

I tried to reach out to Panasonic and there does not seem to be a service tech in the area. I really don't want it serviced, I want it replaced. I tried to chat on line with Panasonic and when I hit submit, it didn't "go anywhere". I'm going to try Best Buy, but pretty sure it's not their problem (and I don't blame them).
