Works great. Has all the options I was looking for.

It heats well. Be the construction is flimsy. But for a college kid or just used for basic heating it works great. Not for large scale cooking though.

My third model like this. I wouldn't have ordered this one, had I known that the second generation in my house was simply going to stop..no lights, no nothing! Called bestbuy because less that 2 years old. It would cost more to service than to purchase a new one. My first model with inverter lasted for years. I hate the idea that products have become so disposable. I will not buy a Panasonic product again

This is the second Panasonic microwave we have owned. We have had problems with the door on both models.

I feel it is made cheaply for a Panasonic item, has thin walls, works ok BUT I wouldn't buy it again

It's an ok microwave for the price. Would've gotten a better one if had the finances at the time.

This microwave does everything we need and more. Highly suggest you purchase it!

The number pad is dark and numbers are hard to press and the microwave is noisy. There also is no potato cook button. I purchased this microwave because it's a Panasonic product, but I am definitely disappointed with this purchase.

Granted I haven't spent much time, if any, reading up on this purchase but this is definitely a lack luster unit. For the money and functionality it's ok. At the end of the day I just want to not burn popcorn and not bite into ice in my pizza rolls.

I bought this to replace my broken microwave but ended up returning it. It was smaller inside although about the same physical size. Also hated that it did not have the 1 touch easy on button

It had two big musts. White outside. White inside. It was making a funny sound. Eventually it became a rumble. No problem. Best Buy is fantastic with returns.

The unit seems smaller than its alleged size. Door does not open wide enough, cannot add time while running, must hit a second button after se!acting a option.

I bought this & had issues from the moment I started using it! I called Panasonic & they didn't even know how to solve the issue. She took me though tons of steps & it still wasn't working like it should have. She advised me to return or exchange it & said she was sorry. I did the very next day!

Tried it out on my counter top and it didn't heat very good.

Microwave started making sounds and ultimately failed just over a year after purchase (and just outside warranty period). As noted, no light.

Microwave arrived exceptionally damaged. Returned to store only to be told the microwave was no longer available. Very limited selection in stores to choose from.
