Overall my purchase was satisfactory, I found the right product, and the staff was great as well.

We bought this for my mother in law who is 86 and has low vision. It is a very basic microwave and was easy for her to understand how to use. The white with black lettering and with numbers being a little larger she could easily read the numbers and button functions.

I recently replaced are old GE with this Panasonic. My old one was 1200 watts the new one 1100. I don't really notice any difference in the cooking time. The main thing I don't care for is the button to open the microwave is extremely had to push. If you don't hold on with one hand to the microwave when pushing the button the whole microwave moves. The other thing I'm disappointed in is that I could cook and use the timer at the same time with my GE. I don't see that I can do both simultaneously on this unit.

I needed a counter top microwave for my apartment and this fit the bill. The size allows me to cook anything I want. The price was good too plus I used a rewards certificate.

It's by far the best microwave I've ever owned.Cooks food fast and has alot of options. I'm sure it has more options that I'll never use. I love how it has a lock on it because use I have a young child. I like its the perfect size and fits in our stand perfectly.

This is a great microwave at a great price. It is a little smaller than I would have liked, but if you are short on space but need a powerful oven, this is the one for you

I needed a new modern microwave, but I didn't know which one to buy. I went on Best Buy's website and looked at some microwaves and read some reviews. I found the one I really like and went to the Watertown Best Buy store to get it. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. Really enjoying my modern microwave. My old microwave was ancient!

Smallish mid-size microwave that is large enough to turn a full size plate. 1100 watt cooking power helps cook faster.

The size and functions allow me to do what I need, but that is about it. Based on the price it is reasonable value.

It's getting harder to find white appliances, but I like them. I was happy to find this Panasonic microwave at Best Buy. The sales associate was very helpful in describing its features. It performs well, a fraction more powerful than the one it replaced.

I PURCHASED A OUT OF BOX ITEM AND AFTER REVIEWING IT HAD NO HESITATION IN BUYING IT. THAT'S WITH THE OPTION THAT I COULD RETURN IT IF A PROBLEM. NOT ONLY WAS THE MICROWAVE DISCOUNTED BUT I RECIEVED ANOTHER DISCOUNT UPON ASKING FOR IT. LOVE THE MICROWAVE.

Microwave heats up well and does what a microwave needs to do. Only downside is no light and i didn't know

Works well, disappointed the light does not come on when the door is opened.

This Panasonic microwave is a Quality product ! It's the perfect size for a smaller kitchen space, fits under my counter perfectly ! And, I got it on sale at Best Buy, thank you, Best Buy !

This Panasonic 1.3 is a great bargain for all the added features. Excellent defrost button with even results! Reheats evenly too!

This is the perfect microwave. It's wattage power makes this product great. You food will be hot within two minutes give or take. Medium sized and perfect for families and your kitchen especially if you live in an apartment.
