Perfect size for a big family. Easy to use and clean

This replaced one of its predecessors with similar features. After 10 years or so the CPU crashed. We were pleased with the performance of our old one & this has the same capacity & features the old one had. The interior light is a little smaller & dimmer than our old one but as I prefer to do my reading elsewhere, not a big deal. So far, so good...

This microwave fit into my cabinet PERFECTLY - looks like a built-in. Also has a “coffee” button for reheating coffee. We’ve had it 2 months and no complaints. I wish it had an anti-vampire mode so that it would not draw power when in use, but that is a non-standard feature, so still 5 stars.

Works great! We bought a new microwave before this one and it would stop throughout the process so thrilled to have one that works!

This microwave provides ideal functionality for us, warming individual left over servings, warming hot drinks, and other limited warming uses. The unit is very easy to use and controls are straight forward without needing to consults manuals and the like. We are very happy with the product

I read all the reviews before purchasing this microwave. After receiving my microwave it was exactly like the pictures online. I love the color and the beeping noise was not annoying to me, it was tolerable. This microwave heat up food faster. One great thing that i love was the child safety lock.

I've purchased all my electronics from Best Buy so, when my old microwave died, I headed straight to BB. I found their selection to be quite large and found a great deal on the perfect replacement. It turned out to be a floor model (with full warranty) and that dropped the price of the great deal even lower. If you're in the market for a new appliance, add Best Buy to your list.

This is a great microwave. Fits nicely on our counter. The auto sensor works great. We are very happy with it. We had done some research on different microwaves and this one was highly rated.

Very pleased with our choice. Nice size. Easy to use.

Returning the second one in a month. Both had turntable issues. The first, the glass sat too high on the rolling wheels so it didn't engage and turn. The new one engages but makes an annoying bumping noise. We tried all sorts of things to try to get it to work smoothly. To no avail. Have had plenty of microwaves, including other Panasonics without an issue. But twice in a row. I did order another one, perhaps threes a charm. If not, I'll have to shift to another brand. Love the power and size. Don't like that the key pad isn't lit.

Very spacious and very easy to clean. Heats evenly.

It's easy to clean. Does an efficient job cooking food. Has the highest quick-cook temperature. It has the largest cook capacity oven I've owned. It might be too deep for small kitchen counter tops, such as a galley kitchen. I would recommend a sturdy microwave cart if your kitchen has room for it.

This great looking microwave is perfect for my needs. I have only used it for warming food, but it offers great features for those who want more. My only negative comment is that the key pad doesn't light up. My microwave is in the cabinet and the black background and small letters/numbers are harder to see.

This microwave is very powerful and easy to operate.

A great replacement in my motorhome. It works very well. A little lower power than my house microwave. It takes a little longer to cook.
