What a great microwave for a great price. It is quite a bit shorter than my previous Panasonic but even my tallest coffee mugs fit fine. As advertised...there are NO cold spots in our food. Even my husband was amazed at this. The best microwave we have ever purchased.

I purchased it to replace a broken hamilton beach micro. This Panasonic is solid, great quality just as I remember from the old VCR era! It looks clean and fancy, It also works amazing, warms up fast and even. I recommend it.

Purchased as a gift for a family member. They love it and have had no issues.

Very fast shipping from Best Buy. 5 stars for their service. Panasonic microwave is only decent. It advertises new features but does no better than the 20 year old Tappan microwave that it replaced. So, so much for the new highly touted features. It probably does do better than some of the cheaper ones on the market now that constantly cycle between low and high speed as its cooking but 20 year old machine didn't cycle up and down either. Cooks the same as my old one, no better, no faster, no slower and no hotter.so I guess it's ok. The door closing sound is rather weak and hollow sounding that doesn't inspire confidence in the construction. I don't know about long term reliability but I'm betting it won't make 20 years like my old Tappan. I would;d buy again but only at about a $30.00 cheaper price.

I had the same Panasonic microwave for about 15 years and It finally gave out. I loved it and looked for the same model and found the newer version. It heats faster and has all the same features I was used to. Looks great too!

I too was befuddled at first with all the directions for cooking and the new icons on the screen. However I began with the easy use of the 30 sec button on the screen and then slowly started adding how you choose the power directions for the different power levels you choose. I figured out how to cook vegetables by choosing the Power 7 or 6 level for fresh vegetables then swiping the bar below for the the cooking time. Use the page about selecting cook time and selecting power. I know it seems mind boggling but eventually you catch on. Lately we have been cooking 5-7 ears of corn in a glass covered dish in 10-12 min. I also have cooked a chicken noodle casserole in it which turned out great. Just keep working at it and you finally catch on to how the oven works.

Noted the top rating in the Consumer Reports, and purchased unit. Delivery was as scheduled and unit was placed on counter after reviewing the owners manual. It has worked as advertised and family likes the simplicity. The only gripe is no door handle, but otherwise a great product. The stronger power level cooks food quicker than the usual units with 1000 watts.

Fits well in my built in! I was struggling to find the right size microwave for my built in I’m glad this one fits perfectly.

To be honest, the main reason we bought it was it was the closest in size to the cut out in replacing our old microwave. It's a microwave, I can't get too excited about it. They either work, or they don't. This one works.

It is everything we had hoped it would be. Our last Panasonic microwave lasted 15 years, so our expectations are high.

I use Panasonic For a long time. Last one worked for more than 5 years. The only problem for this model is inside lamp is not bright enough and very dark cant see clearly inside while using the microwave

Purchased this to replace a 15 year old Panasonic that finally decided it was ready to retire. Started searching around and found that Panasonic still had a good reputation in the microwave game. Found this one at a good price and have been very happy. The display color is blue, but still pretty easy to read. Works much better than the old one, even though they were supposedly similar wattage. Perhaps over the 15ish years the old one was being used the performance degraded some. I wont hold it against the old guy, just hoping this one lasts for another 15 years.

This is my second Panasonic Microwave. My first one lasted for over a decade and worked very well without issue. This one works just as well. I would buy this brand again and recommend to others. I knocked off one star because the door could close more smoothly and quietly and the door open button gets smudges easily.

We had to replace a 14-year-old Kitchenaid microwave which simply died one day. This model was the only one which fit the built-in shelf. Adequate power. Easy controls.

This is the best micro wave I have ever purchased. It cooks fast and large enough for most micro wave safe containers. Key board is great for setting time. Looks great and adds a good look to a cook area.

This is a great product for the money. I had an older model, paid more for and had less features than this newer one. Love some of the quick buttons, like the one for heating coffee/milk. Probably the one I use the most. Would highly recommend.

This was a replacement for a similar microwave that we used for about 18 years. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the oven interior is not as tall as our original, compounded by the larger wheels under the glass tray. As a result, knocking the tray loose is much more common. Other than that, the microwave works very well, and we're happy with our choice.
